All around great experience from the product to the communication to the customer service to the price. Could not recommend them more. I built the foundation for an outdoor countertop and upon installation, the install team noticed that the ground had caused the top to not be level without a noticeable amount of filler. The install team allowed me the weekend to purchase more stone for my foundation and then came back Monday to cut the stone and fix the problem that I had overlooked. They went above and beyond what I have come to expect from companies today and I could not be more grateful! read more

Cannot recommend! Countertops installed May 2025. Reported the issue of scratches on my new black stainless counter depth refrigerator. Kendra denied they did anything wrong even with my video proof. The installer also made a tremendous mess cutting stone on the new deck. They came back out after I reported the mess. The same installer sprayed some water with my garden hose but the mess remained. I ended up cleaning it off. Poor craftsmanship and no pride in their work whatsoever. I gave Performance Stoneworks all summer to fix the scratches. No repairs made, only threats of legal action if the balance wasn't paid. The balance has been paid but I cannot give this company my business in the future. Very disappointing. Jeff, who came out to do the template, refused to take any responsibility or even offer an apology for the inferior performance of the team. A sign of the times with this company. Not a reputable company in my opinion. Nothing was done except several texts and calls alluding to it as my mistake! Picked out quartz and a similar coriander was installed, when I asked to verify the air changed to hostility. I paid for All. except the slab. I was then threatened a lean on my home if not paid immediately, by owner/mgr! Not a business worth my time or energy. NEVER recommend them! read more

In the words of my father, "it looks like you got that installed at a gas station." Please reference the pictures and refer to mycase (search Performance Stoneworks) to make your own opinion. They have not been reviewed by BBB. I reached out to them around 06JUL23 to start the project to install kitchen countertops- white quartz is what I went with. The stone by itself is beautiful. The final install was on 03AUG23. (they had to come out to install 2 times due to cutting the stone wrong and having to fix other items they messed up.) Overall points: They are horrible at project management, do not communicate, do sloppy work, and have zero accountability. Their response to things that were identified as needing fixed was always- "No, I think it looks great!" When there were issues, Kendra (owner) offered to have her husband come out for the next install. His work is worse than the previous crew. I gave her a few offers to make it right (a 10% refund (about $400), or to remove the bar top that unknowingly had a seam and put one solid piece there)- she said she cannot do that and they have offered me everything to fix it. (meaning- she offered to buy a new slab after they cut the first one wrong and to have her husband come out to re-install). You will have to pay 90% of total cost up front before install. I was sent their warranty and overall project information after the first install. (if the crew causes damages to your home, they will not fix it and are not liable for damages.) I could go on and on about what happened- but that would take too long. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO YOUR STONE WORK! THEY SHOULD RENAME TO "POOR PERFORMANCE STONEWORK." Main Issues identified: first install date- cut the stone wrong, didn't know there was a seam in the bar top that overhangs, caulk not done in places or it was dripping off and sloppy./// second install date to fix issues- undermount sink not sealed on inside, sink has silicone on inside in places they they did not wipe off, seam on stone is not filled (didn't know their was a seam), and the caulk was put on in a very thin string like manor that will need fixed (Jeff- the owner's husband- thinks it looks great!) read more

They were very helpful and professional. When the sink I bought broke in transit, the brought a sink as a replacement. They helped with leveling our cabinets on short notice and fit us in a day later. I am thrilled with how we were treated. Not every contractor is as responsive and helpful. And on top of that, they did good work! read more

It turned out more beautiful than we'd imagined when we "drew up our plans" in our heads! 3 days start to finish (we tore out the old carpet, pad and trim ourselves). Totally recommend; our change isn't as fancy as most of their work...but they still ROCKED our modest requests. Let me start off by saying good contractors seem harder and harder to find. This was the needle in the haystack. I had a granite window edge that was cut by someone else, I called to see if they would install it, and asked for a quote. I got a call asking if they could come out to do the quote, I hired them, and they installed the window ledge right then and there. They had to do some work on the granite because the people who cut it did not measure it correctly. These guys were professional the whole time, did an excellent job, were way faster than I had expected. Definately somone I would recommend hiring for any countertop work. Inexperience workmanship and poor customer service from the owner. Had to teach them how to install a rectangular vessel sink which they adamantly suggested that they was correct. Drilled the hole in the wrong spot and sold me the wrong popup drain for a sink with a overflow.The workers agreed and apologized but the owner was to prideful to say sorry for his mistake and inexperience for the products he is selling. read more

I found this company via Angie's List and at the beginning was very responsive regarding the initial quote. From there the customer service quickly went downhill. After they were hired a crew member came out to do the laser measurements which had no idea what the "vision" was regarding the details previously given to the sales representative. I was then told that the time-frame noted upon hire could not be done so we settled on a day a few weeks later than desired. I was informed 2 days before the installation date that they were unable to complete because the slabs were not in. I was rescheduled, again, for "first thing Tuesday morning". I then recieved a text message 15 minutes before the installers were supposed to arrive that the slab never came in and they would be unable to install AFTER I took the day off to accomodate. They were inconvienenced by having to work late to tear out and install with yet another miscommunication to discover. The island countertop was a specialty extension feature which was thouroughly discussed throughout the entire process. I was then told after the tear out that the support for the quartz was not sufficient. I arranged for adeuate support to be built that evening, assured that the island slab would be installed first thing in the morning. After not hearing anything by 11am, I call and the company "was waiting to hear from me." The final installation arrived hours after they were supposed to be there. Overall communication and timeliness was their downfall, by far. The installers themselves did a great job with the product and installation. My only recommendation for them moving forward would be to wear booties in someone's home instead of tracking through dirt, debris, and snow. This company just started in 2016 and I hope they continue to improve their customer service because their product, once finally finished, and installers themselves were great. read more
