Before - Wooden kitchen with cabinets, countertops, and open shelves holding dishes, books, and decorative items.

Totally loved working with this company! So professional, and easy to work with! They were quick to answer any of my questions and quickly followed up with me. We were on a budget and they offered options to best decide what to do. They helped me make my family cabinet look better than I could even imagine!

During the initial install, they measured wrong which led having to wait for another slab to be delivered and fabricated. - A kitchen countertop corner shows cracks and a plastic sheet covering part of the surface, with an electrical outlet above.

In the words of my father, "it looks like you got that installed at a gas station." Please reference the pictures and refer to mycase (search Performance Stoneworks) to make your own opinion. They have not been reviewed by BBB. I reached out to them around 06JUL23 to start the project to install kitchen countertops- white quartz is what I went with. The stone by itself is beautiful. The final install was on 03AUG23. (they had to come out to install 2 times due to cutting the stone wrong and having to fix other items they messed up.) Overall points: They are horrible at project management, do not communicate, do sloppy work, and have zero accountability. Their response to things that were identified as needing fixed was always- "No, I think it looks great!" When there were issues, Kendra (owner) offered to have her husband come out for the next install. His work is worse than the previous crew. I gave her a few offers to make it right (a 10% refund (about $400), or to remove the bar top that unknowingly had a seam and put one solid piece there)- she said she cannot do that and they have offered me everything to fix it. (meaning- she offered to buy a new slab after they cut the first one wrong and to have her husband come out to re-install). You will have to pay 90% of total cost up front before install. I was sent their warranty and overall project information after the first install. (if the crew causes damages to your home, they will not fix it and are not liable for damages.) I could go on and on about what happened- but that would take too long. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO YOUR STONE WORK! THEY SHOULD RENAME TO "POOR PERFORMANCE STONEWORK." Main Issues identified: first install date- cut the stone wrong, didn't know there was a seam in the bar top that overhangs, caulk not done in places or it was dripping off and sloppy./// second install date to fix issues- undermount sink not sealed on inside, sink has silicone on inside in places they they did not wipe off, seam on stone is not filled (didn't know their was a seam), and the caulk was put on in a very thin string like manor that will need fixed (Jeff- the owner's husband- thinks it looks great!)

They were very helpful and professional. When the sink I bought broke in transit, the brought a sink as a replacement. They helped with leveling our cabinets on short notice and fit us in a day later. I am thrilled with how we were treated. Not every contractor is as responsive and helpful. And on top of that, they did good work!

I saw lots of things on Facebook about their kitchen and bathroom installation. Ours was living area and finishing a half bath with tile. It turned out more beautiful than we'd imagined when we "drew up our plans" in our heads! 3 days start to finish (we tore out the old carpet, pad and trim ourselves). Totally recommend; our change isn't as fancy as most of their work...but they still ROCKED our modest requests. The level of detail compared to other work we've had done in the past is devastatingly fantastic!

This company Rocks! They went above and beyond to install my wonderful granite counters! I am very pleased with the install crew as well! First class operation! I will use them again! I will post more photos once the back splash is installed.

Nearly ten years later, we were able to find the same tile and the complementary smaller trim tiles to replace the damaged ones we had when we changed counter tops through a different company. I won't guarantee that if you make a purchase, and need more at a later time they will have it, but it definitely influenced my rating. Like the other reviewers, the customer service could be more welcoming. We wandered the spacious store looking for something to go with our tile and when the small staff did not greet us, my wife simply took matters into her own hands and asked one of the staff (when she finished on the phone) if she could help us. They just don't have many folks on the floor to assist. Maybe if they shifted priority to helping in house customers instead of dealing with other tasks, they would have a better overall rating. The most frustrating thing my wife encountered was that they didn't have the boxes for the items you wanted stacked nearby. So, we couldn't tell if the items were available in the quantities we wanted without asking. Again, not having many people working means there may be delays in getting answers. Fortunately, they weren't that busy during our visit and my wife was able to get the small quantity of items packaged and ready to go in just a short visit. Overall, they have a lot of beautiful displays to inspire customers for future projects. I thought the prices reflected the different quality of materials, so you have a lot of control over how much your renovation can run based upon the materials you choose. We had good service and liked our materials we selected. Review #3871

Since that is not my thing, I never ventured over there. Well, this weekend, curiosity got the best of me and headed over there. I walked in there and was blown away. It was like walking into a small friendly family owned grocery store. Everything was neatly stacked in refrigerator cases and on shelves. The items were fresh and all in date Boy, did I grab some bargains as you can see from the ad posted. The blackberries were the large size containers Kroger had half size of these containers on their weekly digital sale for $1.67! The berries were crisp and sweet They also have other grocery items that are a bargain but are not listed in the ad. They also have other bargains from furniture to toys. The staff is very friendly and eager to help to any of your questions. Very good customer service. This is a place if you are every in the area to check out.

It's a very unassuming location so I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. The produce is the first section you walk into as you enter so that was good because I didn't have to go searching for the deals. Everything I wanted was still in stock and I found a few extra treats that weren't on the list at great prices(ex. 7.5oz Wholly Guacamole bowls for $1 each-a steal!) I ended up buying blackberries, raspberries, Vidalia onions, zucchini, squash, Cincinnati Reds peanuts, spring mix and arugula and my total was less than $16. The deal is that everything is probably close to their "best by" date but for such a low price I can afford to "use em or lose em". I browsed around the store to see what else they had and I may have to check out some of their clothing next time because it looked like some good deals to be had in that area as well. I'll definitely be back.

Rick Ferguson with Sales dept did a phenomenal job of co-ordinating it. A team first came out within 24 hours of a phone call to measure and work out logistics. Again within 24 hours of first phone call - we got recs for what would fit the the space, we picked it out and order placed. Going forward the communication was spot on. Once it arrived- they fit us in at the time that worked for us and the task of installing in a tiny space came with not anticipated challenges but the team that came out did a phenomenal job!!! We finally have a washer and dryer that works!! It saved us $5k by avoiding setting up new plumbing in the basement. Would also like to mention- a nationwide retailer came out and we had to cancel delivery cause they wouldn't move anything to install the washer. We will be buying our appliances going forward from Lee's.

Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way.
