When Zach got to our home he told us they only do the wet part nothing else. So we did the shower and I signed everything. We were told 4-6 weeks for install. I realize it is an estimate and all of that. Zach called me afterwards and wanted to add the floors because the tub was leaking. I was great with adding the floors because I wanted the entire bathroom. Even at the ridiculous amount of $3k for flooring in a bathroom. My ultimate goal was to do nothing except pick things out and it all be done in two days once started. Once four weeks passed I called the office and left a message with the answering services and never got a return call. I reached out to the sales guy, he gave all the right answers and I didn't really care just wanted to know when or an update. He gave me a time frame then and it was wrong and I had to reach back out and the office didn't return a call again. I actually had to reach out to the sales guy to find out what time the installers were going to show up, again because the office for whatever reason refused to communicate. It was finally installed on oct 1 and 2. I was there the entire time except the 20 minutes they finished I had to pick up a kid. So they had my husband sign the paperwork and he isn't on any of the paperwork it is only me. I am the only owner of the house. I called immediately and that is when I was told the vanity had to be put in before they could do the baseboards. Nobody told me before I was complaining that the job wasn't done. I was told to get the vanity in and they will finish. I text within two hours that the vanity was installed when can someone come finish. I never heard a word back, ever. I have three boys that because of the wrong time frames we were given had been out of a bathroom for three weeks. I had a real contractor come in and finish the job. The only reason superior bath reached out is because they tried to push through financing on a job they KNEW wasn't finished. I NEVER refused to pay anything. I told the finance company the truth. Superior didn't finish it but it was finished now. They chose to push back on superior bath and all superior bath did was want to argue fuss and fight. Nobody ever called me and said wow we are really sorry all this confusion, but let us finish it and make it right. Instead I was met with rude accusations. Just like the answer to the review. I have always said the shower and materials are great but getting to it and then getting a finished job just isn't worth it. I had an entire master bathroom gutted designed and installed with more expensive material all while I waited for this kids bathroom to be done. Your money won't be well spent with Superior, there are so much better options that will do the whole thing and the price is NOT more than superior. Nearly ten years later, we were able to find the same tile and the complementary smaller trim tiles to replace the damaged ones we had when we changed counter tops through a different company. I won't guarantee that if you make a purchase, and need more at a later time they will have it, but it definitely influenced my rating. Like the other reviewers, the customer service could be more welcoming. We wandered the spacious store looking for something to go with our tile and when the small staff did not greet us, my wife simply took matters into her own hands and asked one of the staff (when she finished on the phone) if she could help us. They just don't have many folks on the floor to assist. Maybe if they shifted priority to helping in house customers instead of dealing with other tasks, they would have a better overall rating. The most frustrating thing my wife encountered was that they didn't have the boxes for the items you wanted stacked nearby. So, we couldn't tell if the items were available in the quantities we wanted without asking. Again, not having many people working means there may be delays in getting answers. Fortunately, they weren't that busy during our visit and my wife was able to get the small quantity of items packaged and ready to go in just a short visit. Overall, they have a lot of beautiful displays to inspire customers for future projects. I thought the prices reflected the different quality of materials, so you have a lot of control over how much your renovation can run based upon the materials you choose. Even at midday Tuesday, the lot was filled with folks selecting from the annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants from the numerous greenhouses on the campus. There is a limited parking lot that is located by the front greenhouse which also serves as the checkout center. A driveway on the north of the building is the one to pull into and allows you to head along the rest of the buildings where you can park by pulling into the angle parking or using the larger lot near the rear. (Note that there is a small drive between two buildings that allows you to turn to the south drive to exit.) There are flatbed wagons that you can use to load your plant selections on while you browse through the sheds. If you are getting more than one of an item, you can make use of the plastic shipping trays to load your choices so that they are less likely to fall off your cart. Generally speaking, you will find veggies to the north of the first shed, perennials in the next few, and annuals towards the rear. The plants we have purchased over the years have looked very healthy and well cared for. The staff is generally helpful in finding a specific type of plant, but even they can be stumped sometimes and may need to ask one of their coworkers. Still, they have good teamwork and are willing to help you find what you want. All in all, a nice selection of plants. Not the cheapest around, but they seem to be in better condition than what I've found at the big box stores. They also seem to have a better selection too! Review #2543
