I reached out to Speedway Appliance Services in Speedway, IN. They said they could come out that night (Awesome right??). The repairman (Albert) comes out, but he has to consult with the owner, Alan. They determine the pumps are bad, and they need to order the new parts (this was Thursday), the parts would take a couple days, they should be here Monday or maybe Tuesday (that's fine). Monday I reach out via txt, asking him if it would be fixed today, Alan txt back telling me no the part didn't come in, it should be tomorrow (ok, no problem). Tuesday he called telling me they sent him the wrong part and they'll have to send another one, which I said ok (after all, what else could I do, my washer was taken apart and pieces everywhere, see pictures), after a couple minutes of Alan telling me he's making nothing off of this job and how he's doing me a favor (both statements his words, not mine) he asked if I wanted them to overnight it, I asked how much, he said $50, I initially said ok, then proceeded to ask what the normal timeline was for shipping, he said 90% of the time it's 2 days, I said ok, and as I'm a little frustrated and trying to figure out the timeline (it's now Tuesday, and we'd be looking at around Thursday or Friday) and about to say nevermind on the overnight, he starts fussing about did I hear him say 90% of the time, and again about how he's going out of his way to help me, and he's doing me a favor by fitting me in and he doesn't have to fix it, and how I can go find someone else to fix it, then proceeds to hang up on me (WTF???). I tried calling him back, no answer, tried again, sends me to VM.... I txt him is this how he does business?? And said to send the repairman back out to at least put my washer back together, STILL NO REPLY!! This place is a scam, very aware!!!
