Rick Ferguson with Sales dept did a phenomenal job of co-ordinating it. A team first came out within 24 hours of a phone call to measure and work out logistics. Again within 24 hours of first phone call - we got recs for what would fit the the space, we picked it out and order placed. Going forward the communication was spot on. Once it arrived- they fit us in at the time that worked for us and the task of installing in a tiny space came with not anticipated challenges but the team that came out did a phenomenal job!!! We finally have a washer and dryer that works!! It saved us $5k by avoiding setting up new plumbing in the basement. Would also like to mention- a nationwide retailer came out and we had to cancel delivery cause they wouldn't move anything to install the washer. We will be buying our appliances going forward from Lee's.

It was such a relief to have their help when I was drowning in boxes to unpack and a growing mountain of laundry! I definitely recommend them if you need to buy or sell an appliance!

SCAM Alert. Miles sold my wife and I a refrigerator for $1200. When we came to see the unit, he…read moremust have manually charged it or used dry ice because while it appeared to be in working order, I should have seen the fog/mist as an anomaly. After requesting a refund with no success, I did some research and found the person that had let Miles pick up the non-working unit. The unit required a new compressor and Miles was taking it for scrap/parts. We took Miles to small claims court and won our case and Miles was ordered to pay us $1500. It has been 3 years now and he still has not paid or responded. For a while, he claimed that money was tight and agreed to pay $500/month for 3 months. He then claimed that he had moved to Florida, which is clearly not true. Instead he changed the name of his business to hide this court case. I am writing this review because I do not want anyone else to experience a loss like ours.

Water leaked for 3 days turned into an insurance claim for me, about $10-12k in damages. Hardwood floor, baseboard, drywall and all ruined and some cabinet damage. Even though I have a case to put the burden all on him, after multiple attempts asking Terry to just pay half of my deductible and not involve his insurance, he never responded to me. I will update this and hope to say he stepped up and did the right thing but currently I would not recommend them. Owning up to all the possible things that could go wrong when repairing other people's things is counting the cost of having and running an honest business. Update: I did hear back from Terry and we are still negotiating how to settle this between us. Unfortunately the original fix to the refrigerator is not fixed. He offered to refund me what I paid. This is doing the right thing and a step in the right direction to share my deductible expenses. An update on the kitchen fix too. Phase 1 water mitigation was $5,000. Phase 2 repairs to the kitchen is $18,000. 5/22 Update: I haven't gotten the $375 back from the fix that didn't work for my repair. Terry told me 8 days ago he would refund me but I still don't have my money back. I really wish all this could've been worked out between us and my comments here would've reflected a better experience. After research and the simple facts of exactly what happened there is overwhelming evidence of his liability and how this will end up. It's unfortunate because a lot of this could've been avoided.

No Show - Unprofessional and Disappointing Service…read more We had a scheduled service within a confirmed time window, but no one showed up -- and we received no call or update. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

Avoid this company…read more I called to have my washer fixed, and someone came out same day to diagnose it. They told me without even opening the washer (all the tech did was try to run it a few times) that the entire motherboard needed replaced. Was told they would reach out to me to schedule the repair. Finally after multiple days, had to call them to get it scheduled. Once the $600 part was replaced, was told a sensor was also bad and they'd have to order that as well. Once again, I had to call THEM to get the third appointment set up. The third appointment, they missed my window, so I called and they told me they werent aware it was a two person job, even though they were just here a week ago, and would have to reschedule for another week later. Third appointment comes around, sensor replaced, and still not working. Was told there was a second sensor that was bad. Rescheduled for ANOTHER week later. Fourth appointment, they miss their window again so I call the office AGAIN and was told they were running late. Fine. About 4 30 that day, still nobody here, so I have to call them THREE TIMES until I finally get transferred to the owner, Who told me their technicians were on vacation, not even in the state.THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT? Long story short, took them a full month to actually finish the job I paid up front for. Horrible management, they dont even reach out when scheduling your appointment, just put you for whatever date and time without asking if that works for you. Technicians were friendly enough, but the people responsible for scheduling and customer service need to be replaced, they have no idea what they're doing.​​
