Did a great job on my washer came same day made it was great tech is friendly and did a great job

Avoid this company. I called to have my washer fixed, and someone came out same day to diagnose it. They told me without even opening the washer (all the tech did was try to run it a few times) that the entire motherboard needed replaced. Was told they would reach out to me to schedule the repair. Finally after multiple days, had to call them to get it scheduled. Once the $600 part was replaced, was told a sensor was also bad and they'd have to order that as well. Once again, I had to call THEM to get the third appointment set up. The third appointment, they missed my window, so I called and they told me they werent aware it was a two person job, even though they were just here a week ago, and would have to reschedule for another week later. Third appointment comes around, sensor replaced, and still not working. Was told there was a second sensor that was bad. Rescheduled for ANOTHER week later. Fourth appointment, they miss their window again so I call the office AGAIN and was told they were running late. Fine. About 4 30 that day, still nobody here, so I have to call them THREE TIMES until I finally get transferred to the owner, Who told me their technicians were on vacation, not even in the state.THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT? Long story short, took them a full month to actually finish the job I paid up front for. Horrible management, they dont even reach out when scheduling your appointment, just put you for whatever date and time without asking if that works for you. Technicians were friendly enough, but the people responsible for scheduling and customer service need to be replaced, they have no idea what they're doing.​​ read more

I was told on the phone a tech would arrive between 1:00 and 3:00 then received a text saying between 2:00 and 6:00. No one showed or called and a day later I haven't heard from them. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for today between 9 and 12. I was supposed to be the first appointment. It is now 1:30. No Call and No show by this company. I called the office to find out why and was told they were busy. The lady hung up on me after I told her that I would be billing them for my wasted half day. So I will leave you with the same words she left me with "Good Luck with that." I can't speak to their repair quality since they didn't honor the appointment. Just purchase fridge they will lie and say it works , got it home sprays water everywhere....They will state its in the warranty they said they cant test for that in the shop . read more

They got us an appointment within 24 hours. Came right on time. Fixed my dishwasher in 20ish minutes. Even better, the guy was really knowledgeable and gave me advice about my other appliances, which is going to save me a lot of money! read more

I have a stack unit in my condo and the dryer was making a lot of noise. Indy Appliance Xperts came out on Oct 31, 2025 and diagnosed the problem charging me $529 to repair it. It is March 3, 2026 and my dryer is still not repaired, and I cannot call them because there is no one to answer my call and I cannot leave a message. Four months and I still have an inoperable dryer with no communication from them as to when it will be fixed. When the repairman last visited on 2/27, he said he would have the part and have it repaired on Monday 3/2/26. Nope, didn't happen and can't reach the company and they aren't reaching out to me. read more

I originally called over a month ago to have them come out and look at my dryer. They came out, looked at it for 10 minutes (which worried me), and told me what was wrong. They said it was the control panel and that they would order the part and call me to schedule a time to replace it. I waited 2 weeks, and there was still no call. I tried calling them 5 times over 2 days, and finally got someone on the phone. They came out that Saturday to fix the part. Then told me that he was wrong and it's actually another part that needs fixing. He told me it would take 3 days to get the other part in and that he would call me when he had it come out and fix the second part. That was on December 13, 2025, and I still don't have it fixed today, which is January 9th, 2026. I had to call them on January 5th to ask whether they had the part. When I called on January 5th, I had to call multiple times and was hung up on, but eventually got to talk to them. They said yes and that they could do the work on Friday. I took the afternoon off work so that they could come out to finish the work. They were supposed to come out today from 2-4, and they haven't shown up yet. After 2 oclock I got a text from them so I could track when they would be here. The trackers showed up around 3, then the time kept getting pushed back, and on the tracker map, it showed they were 2 minutes from my house at one point, but they still never showed up. I have tried to call multiple times and have been hung up on or haven't been answered. I asked my dad to call the place to try to talk to someone, but he had to call multiple times and was put on hold before he could speak to someone. Overall, I am very unimpressed. this technician was intimidating did not hardly speak unless it was referring to his years of experience and I witnessed what seemed to be straight up fraud because he really my machine seven days later after I was told to wait for this was on I asked about a timeframe and if the part was ordered or if they can even get a hold of the part and was met with absolutely outrageous screaming over the phone, it was utterly insane. I'm considering calling the police if we don't get our money back, this whole experience has been so unsettling and the woman on the phone has no control after being ignored three times on the phone as they're holding $450 of mine. I was treated in a way that I'm having a hard time believing myself. I'm now asking the question if I should take this to small claims or if I can recover what seems like fraud it's a scary situation with some pretty intimidating people if you think for one second the other the bottom of the trashcan had a basement it would be this place. I'm in disbelief and feel like I've been ripped off already just by the rude demeanor of the answering the phone. read more

This company doesn't stand behind there work they came out today said they fixed my oven and it wasn't fixed I called them back and I was told they wouldn't come back out until Friday bad business practice wouldn't recommend them for work to be done by them haven't had a oven for 2 weeks now read more

Like another review, I would give a big fat "0" if possible. My washing machine was not working. The technician did NOT fix the problem and doesn't seem to even be able to diagnose the problem and was rude. The lady on the phone for the company was extremely rude and said they only have 1 technician and he could not return for week+. When I asked for a refund so I could take my business elsewhere, she informed me that they do NOT give refunds!!! This business appears to be a ripping people off of their money with little "expert" knowledge or intention of providing good customer service. Beware! read more

The technician had a bad attitude due to there being a miscommunication within warranty and when I advised him that i was calling the company, he told me that they would tell me to kiss their @ss. Came out to do a repair on my 82 year mother's washing machine. They said it was the mother board. Replaced it and was still throwing the same error she called and they said no refunds even though she needed her washer and ended up buying a new one. I called and they said they will come back out and fix it. Too late for that...no refunds and hung up. The optics are terrible for this company. read more

i would also rate this company a 0. i feel a 1 is too generous. i called 7/7/25 because one of the elements in my LG oven was out. the tech came out 2 days later to determine a part needed to be ordered. he said 5-7 days the part would be in. 2 weeks later the part was in( i called 3 times in that period) of which the lady answering the phone was rude and said she would call back- she never called back. when the tech did come to put the part in he took it out of the box and it was broken. said he would order another part and overnight it. that took 3 weeks to come and the excuse was the part was stuck in rusheville for 5 days. at that point i called 5 times asking the status. again lady answering the phone very rude, said she would find out the status and call me back and never did, at this point i was angry because i felt i was getting jerked around. she was yelling at me saying its not their fault and proceeded to hang up on me. very unprofessional. i called to talk to the supervisor Sara. she was conveniently not available. i left a message for her to call me back and shockingly she never did. i finally got the element put in the oven 9/3/25. read more
