I was actually suspicious of the pricing at first, but it seems like they use tech (in this case a bucket lift truck instead of climbers for the altitude work) where it makes sense. We hired them to remove a couple small dead trees, do a 25' high limb removal, and trim the top deadwood off of another tree. Tree of Life crew rolled up with a team and bunch of equipment, worked quickly as specified with Luis on the quote. They got the planned work done and did not mess around... What really distinguished them to me was the care of the property. They brought blowers and cleaned up after the cutting areas. They brought a chipper for the branches and truck to do any other hauling. For a high cut, they brought in a bucket truck, and laid down rubber track mats to ensure the yard wasn't damaged by the tires. They watched out for the various cables and things attached to our house to avoid damage from limbs. This showed good attention to how they did their work and care for the customer. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. You will find everything from wind chimes, tropical plants, fairly mature trees, and birdseed here.

He came out to our property and together we looked over the property and we had a detailed discussion on what (specifically) we needed in terms of varying coverages for the lawn and landscaping [we had a total of 15 zones installed]. While their quote was higher than some others I had received, clearly the system was going to be better (more tailored to the different coverages needed for the various plantings and lawn). Also, Chris kept to the quoted pricing [I've had irrigation/sprinkler work done in the past and in every case, those contractors always had some "extra" charges that they added to the original quote...]. Chris was onsite during the installation to make sure that the work his crew did was to his standards. We are very happy with the results.
