He was borderline harrassing me. I even have a voicemail where he threatened to break out windows. I refused to pay any more than I already had until the job was done so he came to " finish" the job at midnight. I had to call the police to get him to leave. He continued his harassment the next morning. I ended up cleaning up his mess myself the next day and now I have to hire someone else to fix my tree.
