A couple of weeks later the crew came out for the cleanup. Upon returning from work I returnedI noticed several large weeds left in the beds. My husband reached back out to the owner and asked that the crew return to finish the work. He was told that it would be finished at the end of the following week. I think it's poor customer service that he expected us to wait 10 more days when the work was done incorrectly the first time. However, since it was already paid for there wasn't much we could do. The following week came and went with no crew and no communication. By Sunday I was fed up and reached back out for a final attempt to get them to come back out. Once again, no response. I don't recommend hiring this company because they don't follow through on their commitments and they are unreliable.
