We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. I have used them to correct some problems with my yard (receding soil, etc.) and now using them for maintenance lawncare applications. They have done a great job on regrading the soil around my house, removing overgrowth of bulbs, mulching around trees and flower beds, installing stones around the flower beds, installing below ground extensions of gutter downspouts and reseeding where lawn was disturbed.

My sales rep was not easy to communicate with to get the extra charges removed (estimate on dirt used/grass seed/straw mat/labor hours for regrading that wasn't done). He was not friendly at all and offered no apology for my lack of satisfaction with that portion. I was happy with the stone work but not happy with the regrading part of this project, which was important to me as my pool was installed high and we needed the rest of the yard to slope nicely around it.
