I have used them to correct some problems with my yard (receding soil, etc.) and now using them for maintenance lawncare applications. They were not confident in the regrading portion and told me this as they went along. They were stone guys, not landscaping guys. I shared that with my sales rep and they decided to still move forward. ( "We are short staffed") The work done did not come close to what the estimate was written for. My sales rep was not easy to communicate with to get the extra charges removed (estimate on dirt used/grass seed/straw mat/labor hours for regrading that wasn't done). He was not friendly at all and offered no apology for my lack of satisfaction with that portion. I was happy with the stone work but not happy with the regrading part of this project, which was important to me as my pool was installed high and we needed the rest of the yard to slope nicely around it.

I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. I would highly recommend that you give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.
