Unfortunately our server Bethany Ann wasn't very attentive to our table as she was some other patrons in the restaurant, so about 10-15 minutes after our alcoholic beverages hit the table I was able to tell her we weren't fans of them and asked to replace them with a mule. She told me because they are specialty drinks she could not take them back, and she didn't talk about replacing them. I have never heard of this rule in my years of dinning so I wondered if it was specific to Hooters, unfortunately I didn't get to ask management in person so if someone could confirm or deny that statement, it would be appreciated!
