And when you finally are able to leave a message, they DO NOT return your calls! This crap place had us so GXXdamn Frustrated because they would not ever bother to give us an update on the status of our HVAC repair! And they're out hidden in the country somewhere so you can't just drive up to their business to get a status!!! You have to have "Faith and Hope" to keep yourself sane when dealing with them! Yes, they did send out a (young dumb rookie) technician in less than a week initially, but then it was crickets for a couple of weeks after that with NO UPDATES as to what the situation was with our Home Warranty! They didn't even give a SHXT that it was 105 deg F weather and our whole family was dying of heat with NO AC AT ALL for 2 months total, even though I pleaded for a reply of some kind!!! In the end, their moron technician actually mis-diagnosed the problem, stating bad compressor and bad condenser fan. But when they smelled that the actual bad parts would be covered under MFR warranty, and that they wouldn't be making enough money off of me, the ASSHXLES simply walked away and canceled the entire repair with my home warranty company, without even asking my opinion to ask me if I wanted them to come out and install the new parts sent to me by the condenser manufacturer! I ended up having to fix the condenser unit MYSELF!!! And NO, the compressor and fan were NOT bad at all! Stay AWAY from and AVOID these TOTAL IDIXTS as they are only out to make a buck and don't care about your families!!!!! They left me so madddd and stressed out, as you can tell!!!

We paid nearly $600 for an AC repair, and my system failed again within 30 minutes of the…read moretechnician leaving. Thirty minutes. Let that sink in. The technician returned the next day and, instead of standing by the original repair, blamed the attic's humidity and tried to squeeze another $300 out of me. After charging me nearly $600 the day before, they wanted even more money for a problem they clearly failed to fix the first time. Eventually, the technician repaired it again at no charge. Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later. This company took my money, failed to properly diagnose or repair the issue, tried to charge me more when their repair didn't work, and then disappeared when I needed paperwork. If you enjoy wasting money, sweating, and dealing with excuses instead of solutions, then Honest Air Conditioning is the company for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and call another company.

Amazing work from Cool Time HVAC! I engaged looking for vendors on servicing our residential home…read morefor installation of a new HVAC system, because every single summer since moving into this house (5+ years now) we've always had coolant leakage and have to fix leakage and refill Freon, which is a temporary bandaid fix. This summer it broke yet again and we bit the expensive bullet and started quote shopping. Right off the bat, Alex, was very responsive and communicative in getting us quotes in numbers and cut straight to the chase with numbers games for us. This is an expensive purchase and Alex was very willing to work on getting us the best price in any quote we could procure or others we talked to in the Austin area. Our AC unit went out Sat/Sunday, we talked Sunday night to Alex, and Monday evening after talking with 3-4 more companies, pulled the trigger on our new Carrier 3.5 T unit to swap out our current Trane 3.5 T unit. Alex's crew, his brothers, showed up bright and early Tuesday morning, and got to work! Pulled out the old HVAC system for interior and exterior, which was not an easy job in how our home was built and whoever lived here before decided to put all the big ticket items in the garage but the guys did a great job getting creative! I also spoke to Nimo, who was an absolute pleasure from a business standpoint, in ensuring we could understand everything we paid for today, helped turn the system back on, confirmed everything was properly installed and cleaned up and left even better than when we came in! I absolutely love that we went with Cool Time HVAC. Their customer service is unparalleled in helping us navigate something the typical homeowner considers a headache, and painful financial purchase, but they made it such a no nonsense ordeal. We appreciated the expert eyes, care for our home, and family friendly local business and personalized service in explaining registering for the unit, along with future care maintenance tips, along with hvac inspections that we look forward to continuing for our relationship in our HVAC love so it has many many years of use out of it before we have to do this all over again :)
