So I scheduled it then instead later and I my other quote was cheaper so I canceled JP on Saturday and got a nasty text from "Jim" saying, "I knew it" why did I schedule in the first place ," Whatever " this response was very unprofessional, inappropriate , immature and wrong! My response was that he knew I may cancel and I did it within specified time frame. I also said I didn't appreciate his attitude and was he a supervisor or owner? he didn't respond to my text or phone calls ,I kept getting busy signal when calling every number they have, it turns out he blocked me to avoid my complaints!! ,thats real nice!!, My advice is,Stay away from this company!!, they don't have good business skills or respect for customers, and they're probably only showing their good reviews!!

I know it's like a joke getting contactors in but it's not terribly funny when it happens to you. The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs.
