I declined because that was not what I was sold. Since then, I've made numerous calls asking ADT to review the original sales call and honor what was promised. I was told this would be reviewed, but no follow up ever happened. I've continued to be billed for services I never received, including video monitoring. My home was broken into twice and ADT has yet to honor any of their obligations to me as a paying customer. ADT continued to take my payments and even increased my bill, while failing to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I would caution anyone considering ADT to get everything in writing.
