I called several times due to skepticism. But assurance was always given and the truck arrived as stated. My husband did ask that I include 1 thing he would like to see changed, which is a wider loading ramp as dolly barely fit. I also liked that I could lock the bulkheads that separated my items and that only I had the key for it--peace of mind was essential to me. I've lost items in the past, but using U-Pack meant I lost nothing. None of my items broke because I packed it the way I wanted it. Only one suggestion for improvement: the ramp provided is heavy and hard to use. Will use this company again for future moves!
