So far so good! My…read morehusband and I were actually thinking of going with another pest control company but a friendly young Sage employee came to my door and offered us a good deal so we went with them. Yes, they do make you sign a contact but you're given all the info up front about cancellation fees, quarterly charges, etc. we're currently renting anyways so the year of applications will work out perfectly! The technician who came to treat/spray was super quick. In some instances, I thought he could have spent a little more time spraying ALL nooks and crannies. I know we have a lot of stuff in our garage right now but I highly doubt he covered much area bc he was in and out so fast. (Due to spiders, I would have liked a little more coverage). And I thought the sales guy said they would spray in the cabinets under the sinks and I don't recall seeing him do that. I have only seen like, one ant and maybe 2 spiders inside since the initial spray. (I f-ing HATE spiders!) I like that the treatment works on all types of insects. I also like that they treat your YARD... where all these critters live. I have also been paranoid about ticks. Like I said, so far so good!

He said not that he knew of. I pointed to the sign and asked if he was sure. We turned around and walked away.

We're several months in to a very hot summer and have been so pleased (and honestly shocked) with the results! We saw two in the first few weeks after the initial application (which can be expected), so with a quick text to their scheduling line, they were back out to do a follow-up sweep around the house and since then we have been roach-free amazingly. They're super easy to work with and schedule, all can be done over text, and Kevin was so friendly, professional, and efficient. I had no trouble with scheduling our initial and follow-up visit, they got back to me right away after my inquiry. Highly recommend!

I never heard back after sending more than a dozen text and leaving multiple message. I assume they went out of business but then reading post here perhaps they have not after being a standing customer for nearly 4 years. It's disappointing to not get a return call. I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable.

He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. Highly recommend.

Ethan from Triangle Wildlife Removal did an amazing job! He was one of the few vendors I've dealt…read morewith in North Carolina, who was always on time, if not early, and he is extremely well-versed in his trade. I had some unidentified noises coming from my basement ceiling and he was able to determine that it was a mother squirrel and her babies. He also found a lone bat sleeping in my attic, as well as evidence of a raccoon being in there previously. And the day before I found Triangle Wildlife, I had called out a traditional exterminator, who told me that there was zero evidence of even mice on my property yet Ethan showed me a mouse that was caught and recognized mouse droppings in several areas. He taught me some things about the creatures as well (types of noises to watch out for, etc). He was able to safely remove the bat and squirrels and seal up all potential openings for the vermin to get in. He kept to his appointment dates/times for getting all suggested work done and it was done quickly and effectively. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of materials and work being done. I was also impressed with his process of giving the animals about a week to maneuver themselves out of the house, and then verifying they were gone before sealing up the areas. And he kept me informed each step of the way. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do, I recommend Triangle 100%!

All they promised they achieved it. They sent me the quote next day with all the details and everything very clear, we decided to remove the drainage part (will do it ourselves) they didn't push us or trying to convince like other companies do, they are very honest. The crew came on the time and day they promised, very educated people, no loud music, very clean and quiet, they respected all the regulations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when they left, the driveway was like no one worked there, super clean. I asked them to install the vapor barrier another day after the ductwork were replaced (another company was working after the insulators finished) so Robert agree to have that installed after and he didn't charge extra for that. The crew that came to finish the vapor barrier followed the same COVID-19 procedures, also they were very clean and quiet, no loud noise very professional and fast. Then Robert in person came to inspect that the job was well done, he is also very educated and polite, he answered all my questions with knowledge of what he does, you can see he has the experience. I'll recommend them to everybody. All they promised, they accomplished. Thanks Triangle Reconstruction!!
