I called several companies, but none of them seemed interested in properly diagnosing the problem. They simply wanted to replace the entire water heater at a ridiculously high price or quoted me outrageous prices just to replace a part like over 2000. Then I contacted Sam to diagnose the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the water heater and carefully check all the possible causes instead of jumping straight to replacement. He eventually identified the problem and installed a new ignition combination control box for me at a very reasonable price. The water heater is now working properly again. I really appreciate Sam taking the time to actually diagnose and fix the problem instead of simply telling me to replace the entire water heater. It's refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who needs water heater repair.

Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated. I certainly plan to use QP Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs moving forward and I would highly recommend them.

The technicians Sergio and Luis did a great job with both installations and were able to deal with some unexpected complications and Marie in the office was very responsive to our questions.
