Overall, I have been very disappointed with our equipment and the service has been non-existent. 5 service requests over three weeks and ZERO calls back from OmniGuard. Definitely expected much better when we chose OmniGuard to help keep our business secure. read more

Our OmniGuard representative Nathan was professional, courteous, and easy to get ahold of for our quote and installation. He did a good job explaining how the system works and answering all of my questions. We have had our system in place for about a week and everything is going smoothly. It is extremely use friendly. I enjoy being able to control our security system from our phones in addition to the mounted keypad. I would recommend OmniGuard to a friend. read more

I installed this system when they were first starting out and had two cameras installed which never worked well and they could never get them to work after multiple trys.. ..then finally they told me a year down the line that they don't even use that equipment any more and did not offer to upgrade my system.! I had already spent $800 on product and installation and had to live out the contract with out dated equipment t even though my system didn't work........:-( read more

I became an OmniGaurd customer in January of 2016. I've was quasi satisfied with their service for about a year. The indoor panal did not work properly and did not activate motion detectors when I told it I would be away -- it did work from my cell. Not sure why. I didn't complain because I felt the sign indicating I had a security system was doing the hefty lifting and I'd planned to move in the upcoming months. I selected them because I was told there was no long term agreement. I even justified their relatively high monthly cost due to this (mis)understanding. The document I signed clearly states there is. Although the blame is mine, I feel I was verbally misled. With all the legaleaze that accompanies the services one buys, I want to alert other customers to pay close attention when dealing with this company. The sums involved are quite large. Their agreement is 36 months and the prices are high. Terminating will cost me just short of nine hundred dollars, as I have two years left on our signed agreement. That said, I really can't stomach the irony of these guys protecting my house from thieves. read more

Almost went with a leading company that does not do installations but wanted someone who could personally assess what we needed to set up for our condo unit. OmniGuard was a very pleasant find and I highly recommend them. The staff were highly capable, personable and low key, perfect for my wife and I. I am also impressed with their system that is very customizable. Prices are reasonable, especially for the initial setup. Pluses are you own the system and can transfer it to a new location. These guys are a model small business and have no hesitation commending them. read more

I have been a customer of Omniguard for a couple of years. I have had tech issues before and received slow or non-existent service. They use Alarm.com for web control of your account - which is a great system. They were recently acquired by MyAlarmCenter. And somewhere between the two they have dropped my account. My Alarm Center told me my account was cancelled. I never cancelled it. I never received a notice that there was a problem, by text, email or letter. I have called Omniguard sales, service and billing all day with no response. I expect instant or rapid response from my security company. They are very, very good at signing you up, but in my case they have been horrible now that I have a problem. If you are unsure about them call their number , ask for service and see how long it takes to get a response. You can judge for yourself. read more

From the consultation and no hard selling approach to the follow up and genuine interest in my family's needs, Noah and OmniGuard were an easy choice! The system capabilities are amazing and way more affordable than I would have imagined. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Omni Guard. The Owner Noah spent the time needed to completely understand what we really wanted out of a security system that includes home automation. The installation was flawless. They were on time and took great care to make sure they cleaned up before they left. The thing that has been the most impressive to me is the service after the sale. I have and will continue to recommend Omni Guard to anyone who is looking for security, Home Automation or audio/visual systems. read more

This is truly one fantastic company. We had a security system installed just over a month ago. I have called the company at least 3 times since, as I asked multiple questions. First and foremost their customer service; pre-sale, installation and post-sale is incredible. They are helpful, knowledgable and extremely nice. The security system equipment is great and is either not noticeable or looks extremely professional. It does not detract from your home decor in any way. As we have grown and learned our system we have added a few items and had many others explained. They are always pleasant and very responsive. This is why they have all five star reviews, they deserve that and more. Specifically Will, Mark and Molly are great! read more

These guys were great! They showed up right on time and were more than happy to answer all my questions and concerns. They even came back a second time to add a sensor I decided on afterwards. Highly recommend! read more

I met Will Witt of OmniGuard in my business networking group. I asked him to come out to my business and show me how OmniGuard could improve my system of 20 years. It was obvious to me that a change was needed. It as also clear that Will was a man of high integrity. He came schedule a convenient time to meet with me and after just a few minutes, I was convinced that OmniGuard was going to be a good move for me. Installation was quick and my service was up and running in no time. It has been about three months now since I have been using OmniGuard and I love knowing I have state of the art protection. Will and his company are exceedingly friendly and were more than happy to come back out when I needed some changes with my motion sensors. I rate them A++. read more

We recently had OmniGuard Security installed in our house and had a great experience. We worked with Chris, who was incredibly responsive to all our questions and accommodating in getting to our house quickly for a consultation. After speaking with him for a bit, it was clear that OmniGuard provides a superior service to the larger, national home security companies. The technology is better, more secure and does not require a landline phone. It's also great that their team does the installation, rather than sub-contracting to a stranger. The installation was super quick and the system is easy to understand. Definitely check out OmniGuard if you're looking for a home security system. read more

Chris from OMNIGUARD did a fantastic job and recommended exactly what we needed. Very good install and the system was exactly what I had wanted for automation. This is the 4th alarm system we have had in our homes and the others from the "big box" syndrome and this is far above what I could get from one of those companies. If you work with OMNIGUARD you will not be disappointed. read more

I can't imagine working with a better security company. From the day I contacted Will, Mark and the team, I have had nothing put positive experiences. OmniGuard was the first to respond, worked with me on what system would best meet our needs, gave me a very fair estimate and installed the system as promised. We had a couple of interesting issues with false alarms but Will and Mark responded to mails on weekend evenings to let me know they were looking into it! Will came out the following Monday morning and got everything configured and all has been wonderful. I appreciate the neat cellular technology, ease of use and personal attention. These guys are great and I give them the highest rating possibility. They earned it! read more

We are very pleased with the whole experience through OmniGuard. They came highly recommended to us by our business neighbors, so we decided to give them a call to setup an office/shop security system and we are so glad we did! Our rep, Eric Frazier, responded to our initial inquiry the same day and has continued the top tier customer service since day one. For just under $60/month, the system does everything we need! We love the ability to arm/disarm the system from our phones or on their website. We can easily customize the codes for each specific person (or setup a temp. code if needed). You can also set it up to where you only get alerts when someone disables/enables the alarm outside of business hours if you don't want alerts every single time. All in all, we will highly recommend anyone looking into alarm systems give Eric a call to get a quote! read more

My husband and I are so pleased with OmniGuard! They've been a pleasure to work with since day 1. Our rep, Will, is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pushed into any decisions. He's also been amazing at being available whenever we have questions. We truly feel safe knowing our home is protected when we're home and when we're away! read more

We have used OmniGuard Security for a number of years now and want to give a special shout out to their employee, Casey Schell. The last couple of times we have needed some assistance with our system, Casey has called us back in a very short period of time (which is amazing given how frustrating it is much of the time trying to talk to a "live" person.) He is prompt, efficient and so knowledgeable; he has been able to help us to our 100% satisfaction AND last but certainly not least, he is personable and so easy to work with. Casey is the "face" of OmniGuard security for us and they could not have picked a better employee! read more

This service has changed our lifestyle and given us so much freedom. I can see who is at my door, change the temperature in the house, lock and unlock my door from a different state! Close my garage door from the freeway! The service tech was outstanding setting it up. Just flawless! Have had this for awhile now and no problems. Highly recommend! read more

Very Please with this team. From Chris to Casey the installer . We feel very secure and pleased with their professionalism. I would highly recommend OMNI Guard. No high pressure sales tactics and made us feel like we are part of the OmniGuard family. The system is very high tech( equipment) and low tech( simple to use).. we feel safe read more

Nothing to say except excellent! Great service from the first phone call to the last follow up. I worked with Andrew from day one and he was honest, detailed, thorough, and patient with us from beginning to end. The system is incredibly smart and well executed. Everything Andrew sold us is exactly what we wanted. The installation was easy and painless with Mark. We have been very happy with our system and feel our house is well protected thanks to omni guard! read more

I did quite a bit of research before getting a couple of quotes from local firms to have a security system installed in my home. My only initial concern with OmniGuard was the length of time they had been in business but any concerns I've Had have been put to rest by Will an the installation team at OmniGuard. From start to finish the service I've received has been phenomenal. Their price was very competitive and the installation process went very smoothly. Any questions I had were promptly addressed by Will. About a week after the installation there was a small issue with one of the sensors installed on my front door. Will came out the very same day to correct the problem and I haven't had any trouble since! I'm very impressed by this company. While I was interested in just a basic security system, OmniGuard offers additional services like unlocking of doors, temperature control, etc. The nice thing is that while those are things I didn't even consider, I can always add on to my basic system later. My whole system is completely wireless so there wasn't alot of drilling into walls - very noninvasive which was great. I recently set off the alarm by accident and the monitoring company was so prompt in reaching out to me check what was going on. I highly recommend OmniGuard! read more

Having recently bought a home, we decided that a security system would give us peace of mind. We did our research and decided to go with OmniGuard based on their being local to the area and their excellent reviews. Chris came out to the house for the initial appointment, and we were immediately impressed with how practical he was on not over selling equipment. He pointed out the areas where he thought sensors were needed and informed us that items like sensors for 2nd floor windows could always be added later if we decided we needed them. I really appreciated his common sense approach rather than trying to hard sell us on things we didn't need. On the day of the install, Chris came out to go over the contract and Kasey helped to install the alarm system. Both were incredibly friendly, professional and went out of their way to help us understand the system. I cannot imagine getting service from anyone else! read more

I am a huge fan. I had comcast before and I received horrible service. The people at Omniguard are professional and very knowledgable. Highly recommend. read more

I interviewed the other big name companies and highly recommend OmniGuard after having Noah install a home security system. If you are considering a security system, do yourself a favor and check out this company. read more

Another shout-out to OmniGuard for their excellent service. This morning I called OmniGuard to see if they could look at something for me regarding our new system. Within an impressive amount of time, Casey, one of their other very professional and energetic team members came in and saw that I was on a very important phone call. Rather than intrude, he patiently waited and remained friendly the whole tim until I was able to put him with someone who could assist him. With very minimal trouble-shooting considerations he was off and taking care of business in the back. Afterwards he cross-checked his work on the monitor before politely motioning to make sure everything else was good-to-go. Talk about service. These guys get it done and know how to carry themselves during busy operations in other businesses. read more

Chris did an exceptional job explaining the options available offering practical advice than just selling me an expensive system. The installation Dan did was very professional. Thank you! read more

I called and talked to Nathan. Very knowledgeable and helpful, even if he can't sell you something. Great customer service, think Miracle on 34th Street. read more

Nathan was a pleasure to work with. Very thorough and helpful. Dan installed system. No complaints. Great local service. Thanks, guys!

Like many others on this site, I chose Omniguard specifically because they were locally owned. I have had this system since 2016. I agree that installation and set up was awesome. For 2k I thought it was worth it to have a local company that could come to my house with problems. In the past 4 months I have had problems with both my doorbell camera and my front door sensor. It intermittently will read "front door open" and send me a text alert. I received one of these texts during my daughter's high school graduation! We have two dogs that would run from the house and never look back. A friend emergently came by the house and reassured us that the front door was closed and locked. This has since happened many times. I called Omniguard yesterday, no one answered. I left a voicemail. I got a call back over 24 hours later, with a message telling me I was not a client of Omniguard, but of myalarmcenter. This was the first I was aware of this. So I too will now call the other place and see what my options are. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend. read more

If you want personalized service from a friendly, responsive, local company: contact Omniguard. I have been communicating with Nathan Brady and he has been a dream to work with. He was willing to be flexible to our needs, and we couldn't be happier with our system. He was also able to get us up and running quickly and with minimal interaction. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough good things about OmniGuard Security. Firstly, they are just plain nice people that don't pressure you into buying crap you don't need. Secondly, they are knowledgable and sell a great product. I have a basic monitored system in my house and have been very pleased with how it performs. I have never had any major issues with it and when I've had any questions, I have always been able to get a prompt, thorough answer. My sales guy, Will, is seriously THE BEST. He legitimately offers some of the greatest customer service I've ever encountered, truly above and beyond! read more

Chris and his colleague came out and not only answered all of our questions thoroughly but did a great job of installation and education about the system. Excellent quality product with great support. Easy to use and non-intrusive. After using ADT, this is heaven. We are in the honeymoon period but the level professionalism we have seen so far is impressive. Strong work. read more

Man, this company is great. Chris is affable, informative, and thorough. He answered all my questions and I felt good about the decision to work with a company with a local base. I love that my system is automated with a simple app because I love pushing buttons on my phone and making things happen. Flawless customer service and nice people. read more

Nathan was great to work with! Not only did he answer all my questions but he was available whenever I needed him. Installation was a breeze. After looking at 3 other security providers OmniGuard was the best value. Great service, great product, and well priced. read more

I received a quick response to my online inquiry. An on site quote appointment was set up right away and the quote was very reasonable; in fact less than I expected. The installer, Casey, was knowledgeable, quick and took the time to make sure everything on our new account was set up properly and even helped us load the app on our smart phones. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is because we just signed up for service 2 days ago and I want to make sure there are no issues going forward...I don't expect any! read more

These guys are awesome! They installed our office security system a few years ago, and when a scary situation prompted the need for a home security system, they were the first and only call I made. They were prompt, thorough, and accommodating of our desire to have it installed ASAP. The app is super cool too, especially if you're a little uncomfortable with the idea of racing to turn an alarm off -- just do it from your phone before you go in! read more

We recently had an Omniguard system installed, and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. I dealt with Nathan and Dan, both were professional, thorough, and pleasant to deal with. If you're looking for a alarm system, I would highly recommend having Omniguard come out for a free quote, and house walk through. I feel good about keeping it local, and their product is top notch. Zero complaints at this time read more

Outstanding. Chris Short came by for a consultation. He provided a prompt and reasonable quote, no pressure. Eric Frazier is simply the best! We just moved into our new home at the beginning of the year. Coming from a one bedroom apartment to a family home (with a lot of entry points), I was eager to get a solid security system set up as soon as possible. I did a lot of digging around for the best options available in our area and Omniguard's reputation seemed to be our most viable option. I set up several appointments and Omniguard, coincidentally, was the first company to visit our home. Concluding my consultation with Eric I cancelled the rest of our other quotes and felt wholly confident that I had made the right choice! Our experience with Omniguard has been (and continues to be) top notch! I appreciate that Eric made a thorough assessment of our needs, was so patient in answering all of my questions, and did a great job of explaining all of our options! I never felt any sales pressure, nor did I feel like he was trying to up-sell us into any features that weren't practical for our needs. Since our system has been set up I have contacted Eric several times with questions about expanding our serves and he has been so great about getting back to me right away and making helpful suggestions. Aside from the stellar customer service, our system itself has been wonderful! It's so easy to use and we love the convenience of remote access to our home! I am so happy that we chose Omniguard, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review (which is not something I regularly do). I am THAT grateful for the peace of mind they have provided our family with and the level of quality by which they do business, and it was all SO easy to boot! I wish there was a way for these guys to train a lot of other companies on their business practices and etiquette--the customer experience they provide is simply unparalleled! read more
