They gave me a detailed cost per hour, we set a date within a week or so and they were very punctual. The team arrived as promised, they were very professional, even removed their shoes as they worked inside our home. Only 2 runs so far, going to a network closet, but we will likely be adding more at some point. They were able to put the jacks exactly where we wanted, and used a professional faceplate for where the runs terminated in the network closet, as opposed to something open in the wall. They also cleaned up a bunch of non-functional cable from outside the house. Super patient and nice people, and Stephen gave us a lot of options for the install, even though it ended up just being the 2 runs.

Jesús installed a Rinnai Sensei tankless Water heater 199k BTU for me and it was installed…read morecompletely incorrectly. The condensate drain pipe was not on correctly it was shoved on not thread on or secured. There is no pressure relief valve piping. The water heater itself was programmed for outdoor installation and the recirculating was set to off and the recirculating pump was not installed and neither was the thermal bypass valve that was included with the equipment. The venting is not correct and it is does not get me hot water fast. The sediment trap is not long enough as well. We attempted to call , text and email him to get him to correct it but he will not answer or call us back. The other HVAC company we are using has already begun work on fixing the water heater installation. It is costing us $500. Overall the work was done incorrectly and is extremely hazardous and could have caused water damage and even burns. (I had told him the garage is permitted living space where he installed my water heater).
