The front desk was more than accommodating as they offered me a new case, solution and a trial pair of lenses to replace those discarded. Superb service. Calls were unreturned and when I finally had a chance to talk directly with the staff, there was much eye rolling and grumpiness at having to review the rejected script. I lost six weeks during this time and had to drive with old and outdated corrective eyeglasses. It was a little scary. Impersonal, confused and disintrested staff.
