The front desk was more than accommodating as they offered me a new case, solution and a trial pair of lenses to replace those discarded. Superb service. I want to thank Jimmy Quinn salesman for all that he did for us…read more My husband and myself have health issues and our less than 1 year old GE a/c stopped working without warning. Jimmy got us an in home repairman to evaluate the a/c within 2 days. When the repairman arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable about the a/c and deemed it not fixable but advised that he would notify the main office we to arrange for a replacement. The main office contacted us and said there would be "no replacement from GE warehouse until after July 2, That was unacceptable as no guarantee when it would actually be available. Not to mention the predicted heat wave this week! Jimmy said they had " 58 "identical to the one we bought less than a year ago a/c's in Appliance sale plus'own warehouse!" Jimmy encouraged us to advise GE of their availabilty. After many phone calls to GE we were finally given permission to buy one from Appliance Sales Plus and GE are reimbursing us the full cost and installation costs! What I got were frames that didn't fit and lenses that were not blue at all. They said the frames you try on are the ones you get and the lenses are changed out for the ones with the prescription lens and they do have "the best anti-reflective coating." But these don't fit. The ones I tried on first fit and were comfortable. Well maybe they tightened them up when they put the lenses in. To be fair they offered to replace them with another pair. At that point steam must have been coming out of my ears. I felt like a clown with kids glasses on they gave me a headache. She actually said if you hold them up just right you can see some blue. They look great on you. Again I wasn't buying it. They did refund me. It still didn't feel right. After this ordeal I went up to LensCrafters and did the exam again. I was so glad I did. They have up to date machines, it was completely different, like night and day. Three additional high tech machines aided in there diagnoses. When I compare prescriptions there completely different. Not even close, is that malpractice or incompetence. High tech vs old antiquated. Karen at Homer Rich refused to return my older frames until I met with the doctor to sign papers for them to terminate the customer patient relationship. That's fine like Karen said to me with all the things going on in the world I shouldn't get upset over this. But it did. It upset me a lot, so I went somewhere else and they were great. Thank you Karen for your 20 years service sorry it had to end this way.
