Making an appointment of your choice by day and time was beyond easy using their online portal- I LOVE when an office offers this- so much easier than calling and that back and forth. They confirmed my appt by email and phone as well so I knew it all went through. The office is very clean and ALL staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous during my visit. The doctor also took her time with me when I was deciding over my prescription which I greatly appreciated. The front staff was super helpful with going over my benefits and insurance coverage as well as options for glasses and specials they were running. My contacts were delivered to my home within a few days and my glasses were ready for pick up in less than one week. Dr. Jason Grygier continues to see both out children for myopia problems, and he has been super helpful. Myself (the mother) had the expected short vision problems, but Dr Grygier was able to prescribe me gradual lenses that allow me to see so much better close by, middle distance and long distance (I happen to have some astigmatism and also work as an artist, so "mid distance" good sight is important in my job)

I wanted to give a special thank you to "Alisha".  When I came in to pick up my glasses with new prescription they were incorrect.  This time I worked with Alisha.  Alisha realized what the problem was, remeasured and ordered new lenses which when they came in were correct.  When I came in a few weeks later with new sunglass frames that I needed lenses for, I specifically asked for Alisha.  She went above and beyond to ensure the lenses were measured correctly and helped me pick out a color for the lenses.  When I picked them up I could see perfectly and the color was great.  Alisha is a pleasure to work with and very professional.   Thank you all!

Poor communication. Ordered new lenses, told to text to pick them up, texted on Tuesday, tried to…read morepick up on Wednesday. On Thursday, they finally got back to me, let me know they were closed on Wednesday. The next time I had a break in my schedule on Friday, texted at 9:30, suggested 12:30 to pick up new lenses, at 11:30 they texted me 12:30 was taken, how about 1:30. Tried calling no answer. I texted back at 11:45 and said OK for 1:30. They responded that they gave that time to someone else. When I finally got an answer they said to just come by and knock on door. When I did knock, the woman signaled to me that I should call-they would not come to the door. When I finally talked to the Father, (it really is "Family" ) he said he was sorry I was upset, but never apologized for poor service. His son gave me the exam, the Mom checked the son's work, and the Father fitted the frames. I was happy until they kept letting the phone go to voice mail, and started with the texting.
