Myself (the mother) had the expected short vision problems, but Dr Grygier was able to prescribe me gradual lenses that allow me to see so much better close by, middle distance and long distance (I happen to have some astigmatism and also work as an artist, so "mid distance" good sight is important in my job)

When I did knock, the woman signaled to me that I should call-they would not come to the door. When I finally talked to the Father, (it really is "Family" ) he said he was sorry I was upset, but never apologized for poor service. His son gave me the exam, the Mom checked the son's work, and the Father fitted the frames. I was happy until they kept letting the phone go to voice mail, and started with the texting.

I went in last week because I had tremendous pain in the eye I didn't know what happened…read more Ends up we had the AC on in the car and a little something must've blown into it and when I rubbed it it caused an abrasion. tried flushing it out at home , made it worse.. went into pearl -Chris got me in right away as an emergency visit. Dr. CRANER said it was an abrasion he put in a lens bandage to help protect it. Brought instant relief. The next day I had more pain when I woke up although I had an afternoon appointment Chris squeezed me in earlier in the morning so that it could be looked at and I didn't have to suffer waiting till 315 appointment. it was a bumpy road for a couple of days but it feels much better now. I highly recommend pearl vision, they are professional accommodating and I drive from Norwalk to go there! A+++
