The floor sales staff have indeed gone beyond the basic effort and have tried to resolve or minimize the problem, and I am very greatful for their help. I do, however, stand behind my suggestions as to how to handle purchases of appliances with regards to local permits and requirements, and best way to protect yourself from problems that are inherent with dealing with big box providers. The system for all of them will not change, but we, as customers, can take steps to ensure that problems are kept to a minimum. If the installer, in my case, had only confirmed damage before they removed the old oven, there would not be any arguments as we could have carried on without hardships while Lowes solved the problem. Knowing the pitfalls can help you avoid these problems and still shop and obtain the best prices.

The Dewalt shop is next door to it (it must be new since Street View isn't updated yet either). It turned out the saw I'd brought in for a repair was just not properly tightened up and the friendly staff fixed my issue at no charge. It was a truly great experience. The store also has lots of Dewalt merchandise on sale for purchase if you're looking for that.

The only issue I have is that when renewing my membership this location does not allow the two year renewal for $44.99 (One year is $29.99 so I prefer to by two year). I've done it multiple times in the past, and tried multiple times when I was up for renewal last month while in store and refused renewing if they didn't have the two year option which they insisted they didn't. I then went to the Bayshore location and asked to renew for two years for $44.99 and they did it without question and said it was strange Massapequa won't do it. So if you want to renew for two years, try another location as Massapequa only allows one year renewals.

I found an associate women (picture enclosed) who ran the SKU said she had to find someone to retrieve them from storage. As I waited for her to return the clock was ticking. 20 mins later I found her in the garden center helping someone else? When I confronted her about leaving me hanging, she told me her boss who knew where the stock was in the store was at a meeting. Now why on earth couldn't she tell me this earlier??? She freaking waisted my time!!! So bounced and drove over to the HD Farmingdale NY Location, and guess what? Right in my face, stocked with 8 just like I found on the Home Depot Farmingdale website. I mean like WTF !!! SO IF I PLAN TO GO TO HOME DEPOT AGAIN I WILL STICK WITH ROUTE 110 IN SUFFOLK COUNTY. Looks like all stores are NOT created equal and neither is MANAGEMENT. Besides you'd be doing yourself a Favor in the end because there is a LOWES and a WALMART 10 mins apart from HD FARMINGDALE. This way if you need to bounce out of HD Farmingdale at any time you'll have options. I gave the Copiague HD just 2 stars because on several occasions I have been aggravated at that store. Customer Service these days are JOKE, and after 6pm I noticed Copiague HD is a ghost town for hired help on the floor.
