I told them I'd be coming in an hour or so. When I arrived, the employee down the aisle didn't know where my item was located and when he asked the front desk via walkie-talkie he was told the item wasn't in stock. Also, he had no idea how to help me find the correct bungee cords for my pool. I left the store with nothing and won't be going back. Who has this time to make pointless trips? It's why I called ahead to make sure!
