I don't come here often but when I do, they always seem to have everything I need in a well-lit and clean environment that is very easy to navigate. On my most recent trip I needed to replace a tire for my Gorilla cart that was being used to transport mulch - a lot of mulch There was no having a flat tire for this project so i went in to get a replacement and the aisles were clearly marked. The prices are always very reasonable if not down-right cheap. For $8.99 i was able to get a tire and a rim and also decided to buy another back-up to save myself a future trip at this price. There aren't many people around the store to ask for help, but in my case, there really wasn't a need as I knew what I wanted and where to find it. The help at the check-out was friendly and courteous. In and out in five minutes- just what this busy homeowner needed. Well done! read more

I do a fair amount of DIY work and shop at both Harbor and the big box store. Overall, I prefer Harbor Freight by far for two reasons. First is they have a selection of tools that Big Box doesn't have. Need a special wrench? Harbor. Need a special template for installing doors? Harbor. This is surprising because Big Box usually has a lot more space available for inventory. Second is the employees are very attentive. The service they provide to their customers is simply terrific. I've never not been able to find help, but better yet is every time I've had a question, they give answers or find them out for you. That goes a long way to DIY guys like me who are always asking things. The only down side is the quality of many of the tools. A lot are second rate and lack the durability of big brands. read more

I have popped into Harbor Freight a few times over the years. It's a good chain for tools and household improvement items. As I pulled into the lot, I saw there were only a few cars there. During Covid, this has become more important than it used to be. I put on a mask and popped in. I walked down a few aisles looking for what I was there to get. After a few aisles, an employee asked if I needed help, I definitely could use a hand. I asked were the foam floor mats were and he quickly brought me to where they were. Perfect. I headed over to the cashier area and waited on the mark on the floor. I was called forward and found the cashier encased for everyone's safety. I was asked if I found everything, which I had, and I quickly paid. Within 5 minutes, I was back into the packing lot and heading to my car. The place was organized and appeared clean. They had taken good safety precautions. The staff was friendly and professional. The prices were right for what I wanted. I highly recommend the place if you are in the area and need what they sell. read more

I'm glad I didn't have more money in my pocket as I would have spent it all This place has everything any guy could want. Screwdrivers,bolt cutters, welding gear, saws, hammers and all those "I could use that" hardware items you could wish for are here under one roof. They aren't carrying DeWalt but the selection is great and the prices are really good. You might have seen their ads in the paper, but seeing it all under one roof is amazing. read more

This is one of the bigger Harbor Freight store. They definitely have more stuff and more types of stuff, becuase they have more places to put the stuff than other Harbor Freight stores (as you can tell, Sylvester likes the word "stuff"). This is a great place to buy tools. Most tools are pretty good. Once in a while, you might find that buying a known brand is a better optimn even though it costs more, because it would do the job better. This was the case with a screw gun that a bought in which I just couldn't get the depth setting right for sinking the screws into the sheetrock. I returned it for a full refund without a problem, so that was a major plus. Plenty of parking. Store never gets crazy busy. Staff is pretty friendly. Open late. All that comined with free stuff (like free flashlights or free cleaning cloths) when you bring your coupons, how can you go wrong? Yay for Harbor Freight. Sylvester knows best! read more

Nice sized tool place that sells brands you've probably never heard of at outstanding prices. For whatever reason I had always been reluctant to go. I changed that with a ladder purchase I made a few weeks ago. I was very happy with the quality and price. I realized I left a coupon home for said ladder and they honored the coupon two weeks later. Satff is friendly and the store is always clean and in stock. Great place to stock up on some tools. I will definitely be back. read more

Great place to get some great deals on everyday house stuff. Not sure how the quality of the tools are but we've gotten a mix of things from here. Tarps, paint brushes, duct tape, zip ties, furniture mover pads, flashlights, batteries, outdoor solar lights for the driveway...you name it, we've gotten it probably. Prices are super cheap and if you get their coupon circular in the mail it's even cheaper!! Prices almost seem unreal actually. Service is very friendly and helpful. read more

This place is the Dollar Store of hardware stores, in a fun way. Tons of cool stuff that I never knew I needed until I browse the shelves. I got a free halogen flashlight with a coupon I received in the mail that is so bright that I am still seeing spots after looking at the beam 2 days later (lol). My basement took on water. I went to harbor freight and got a wet vac and 3 big ass fans. The value for what I got was incredible. They are kind of lean on number of employees on the floor. If you want tool advice, go to ACE. If you are a big boy and know what various tools do, you should check this place out. read more

better keep all your receipts when you buy something at this store!!! As most products they sell are average to poor in quality. I just tried to return an "Air Pressure Gauge" that did not work. I did NOT want my money back, I just wanted to exchange it for one that works. They acknowledged that this is their item and that it is defective, however without the receipt they would not exchange it or give me any kind of credit. I will not deal with a store that does not stand behind what they sell. read more
