There are always extremely large stocking shelves on wheels filled with items that blocks the entire aisle so that you have to physically move it in order to get by or get to particular areas of the store to shop. Every time I am here I am moving this. The aisles are cluttered and messy. I uploaded a picture of the rug aisle, you cannot see the floor of the aisle rugs are sprawled about everywhere. Items are broken and dirty. I know it's probably mostly the customers fault. I see the people who work here always working but it's like they are cleaning up a never ending mess and clearly there aren't enough hours in their shift to get a handle on this place. They need to seriously consider shutting down for an entire weekend or week day to get this place back in order because it truly just keeps getting worse and worse.

She is personable , helpful, reliable and extremely talented. She helped me pick out everything I needed from tile to bathtub to shower accessories and plumbing supply. Once the order was placed, I was told to keep in touch with Chyna in customer service. She consistently updated me on the status of the order; This was extremely helpful. I dealt with Roberto at the warehouse to pick up some of the smaller items and he was incredibly nice and helpful. He checked the order for me and brought it outside to the car. As I was pulling away , he chased me down because I had forgotten something inside In addition to Fancy Fixtures I used Ken and Carlos at Elegant Tile and marble . Have never had such a conscientious contractor! Ken was constantly in touch and did the best tile job I have ever seen. Caries was careful and neat in all other the other installations. He pointed out issues that never would have found myself, saving me time and money in the future. A job that really terrified me turn into a very positive experience. I highly recommend all of the above mentioned people for any work that has to be done in your house or business-and I don't do that very often.

Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on. And then she told me that The Container Store will be stocking BB&B products in the store really soon. TOUCHDOWN!! IYKYK if you didn't, NYK!
