I finally had to call the store, only to be told that the person handling curbside was "alone at customer service." Meanwhile, I watched multiple employees walking in and out with carts like nothing was going on. When my order finally came out, it wasn't even in a box! Just loose, like some random item thrown together. When I questioned it, the employee tried to lie and say it was a demo. Then changed the story and said "that's just how it comes." They even had the nerve to mark my order as picked up after I rejected it. The ONLY positive was the man actually working at customer service -- he was kind and trying his best. But overall, this location needs serious management attention. Terrible experience.

But the sight of a gentleman hauling the trolley of 400 lbs worth weight broke my conscience and made me guilty of ordering that kind of quantity online and having it lugged by someone else. Regardless, he was such a decent young man who ungrudgingly helped me load the bags (40 lb each) into the vehicle. At the end of it, when I heartily offered a tip, he politely declined it. I insisted on taking it anyway, since his effort was way more than any amount offered as a tip !!! Needless to say, I have a high respect for people who don't crave for tips. The young lady who greeted me was very helpful and directed me exactly where I needed to go. I don't have time to wander around Home Depot looking for items, so that level of guidance makes a big difference. The associate at the Customer Service counter checked me out quickly. I was in and out. Overall, this location is well-stocked, well-organized, and the staff here are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the extra drive for me. They installed our fence 2 feet away from the property line aside from that their incompetent workers damage by 2025 fully loaded Tahoe, black and color with concrete dust from their truck, they didn't even have the professionalism or the audacity to advise me. Hey, we're going to be unloading concrete move your truck.! Now we're having a problem with them because they don't wanna come and address their issue. We have 2 feet in where our fence wasn't installed properly we had to reach out to a financial institution stop payment and to add their workers are dirty unprofessional damaged our neighbors property they cut the main root off our 5003 in where the arborist that we had come out and inspect the tree advised us that it might be sick due to the fact and how they cut the roof with dirty equipment! And the fact that they cut a main route off a tree is appalling like where did you find these installers at at your local Home Depot parking lot !
