Since it was at 6 p.m. and the store was already closed, I went back the next day and asked that they refund me the $2.00 difference, which they refused. Happily I returned them back to the store and went and bought them at the other ace store. This time I bought five extra bags for all of my neighbors. Beware of this greedy place. Stay away from this ACE store and shop somewhere else. Management stinks.

Finally, we stumbled upon Hatboro Lumber, which is an old-fashioned lumberyard that provides old-fashioned quality service. They will cut wood and laminated products to order (try getting that service at Lowe's or Home Depot) and the fee per cut is surprisingly reasonable. Hatboro also stocks mahogany and other furniture-grade woods. All of the employees are super helpful. Hatboro lumber is a huge asset to the neighborhood and community.

So the first human being that answered says hold, please. So I hold for eight minutes. I have it on speaker. I'm listening to their story about, Americas doers and how to be safe in Home Depot on and on and on and on for 10 minutes. Young woman picks up the phone and I start to speak she goes. I can't hear you your phone is breaking up so I pick up the phone which was on speaker and I say, can you hear me now? She hung up on me without giving me a chance to take it off speaker or to find out what the problem was so she knows I'm on hold all this time and things right up on me. Doesn't give me a chance now that's aggravation. What I'm going to do is on the way to the gym tomorrow. Stop at Lowe's and ask them if they have any ceiling fan installers cause I'm not driving all the way up to Home Depot on Bustleton Avenue ! You just hang up the phone just like that you know somebody's been holding all this time. That's great service from a great employee who couldn't care less!
