I value the fact that Ace employees always listen to my concern, which is generally a problem, that needs to be addressed in my house. Earlier this week I visited the store with a problem that needed immediate attention. My basement was taking in water from all of this rain. I explained the problem and the Ace employee immediately knew what I needed and took me to the aisle where the product was, explained how the product could be used and gave me the tools to plug the leak. It has been raining now for two days and there is no water coming into the basement. I am extremely grateful to , this employee and to Ace Hardware as I really appreciate your customer contact and your employees' knowledge. Thanks!! read more

This store is providing homeowners and contractors a great selection of what is often needed. I go there regularly and they are very helpful. Anyone who has an Ace Rewards card will receive discount coupons on a regular basis. There are other hardware stores around, however Fishers has a greater selection than others. They have other locations which I've gone to also. Anyone of them will provide the same great service. read more

Help is always available, store has been especially helpful to me. They honor ace reward cards with no problem, send me discount coupons regularly, and carry most any tool that can be found at the big box stores, at a reasonable price. They always seem to be busy every time I go there. read more

Holy Smoke. This isn't your father's hardware store. I've been a faithful customer and overlooked it's failings in the interest of keeping brick n mortar stores alive. Not anymore. The associates literally know nothing about the products they carry. Instead, they read the label in a loud, slow voice, as if they are imparting knowledge. If you ask for advice about how to do a job, they point to a section of a shelf and tell you to look there. The men have no know-how but are quick to smirk if you ask a "stupid" question. The associates are just mean spirited except for an African American gentleman and a young guy named Ryan. I've been there twice when I heard a woman manager yelling at customers in the store because she didn't like something they said, I think. Shoplifting was never mentioned. I even saw her throw a lady's handbag at her. I never heard the customer, only her yelling. Plus, their stock is old and dried out. I just never tried to return something bc it wasn't worth trying to get them to agree that they sold expired liquid type products, like paint markers, spray paint and the like. I don't go there anymore. It's just too stressful. read more
