    I ordered paint to be delivered same day and when the paint arrived it was not mixed and not even…read moreclose to the correct color. The manager, Terron, said he wouldn't send out new paint, wouldn't refund me, wouldn't even give me a got card to repurchase the paint, and the best he could do was a 10 percent discount. Didn't offer a replacement or any solution. In Terron's mind, having a customer pay 90 percent for the cost of paint in the incorrect color was fair. I had to stop my project to clean up, pack up the incorrect paint, and drive to Lowe's all while I had the painting crew at my home (which cost me one hour extra of their hourly rate) because Lowes and Terron are incompetent. Since when is it the customer's job to remedy a situation that the store is responsible for? Anyway, I asked Terron who his boss was and he refused to give me any other contact. When I got to the store I confronted Terron and asked how I would be compensated for my loss of money and time due to his store's negligence. He said he would have someone contact me within 48 hours. We will see if he is full of shit or not. Regardless, I'm out the hourly rate of multiple workers because of them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. In the photos, the color in the wall is the correct color. The can is the color they sent me. Pure black, which Terron wanted me to settle for.

This is my local Lowes and sadly a more disappointing experience each time I visit. The customer service is horrible. I've asked for assistance in the past only to told and pointed. It's a rarity to have an actual cashier and the customer service desk is always backed up. My last visit entailed attempting to purchase an electric edger. I found the tool, but no batteries. I was told customer service had them. After waiting for 10 minutes customer service hands me a charger and tells me the batteries are locked up in another part of the store. I go back to wait 15 minutes to have a different specialist unlock the prison bars holding the batteries captive. She waits as I fumble through the batteries trying to find the correct one for my application. I return to the service desk, escorted with said battery to wait 10 more minutes to check out. New story; on another occasion different visit I was attempting to leave the store by exiting a lane, where an employee was stocking front end inventory. Apparently this wasn't an appropriate exit point, she abruptly shut the gate, literally in my face and says " this isn't an exit." In the same exact tone a snotty 13 year old might project. I feel as if this new generation of employees have absolutely no work ethic, motivation, or drive. I wouldn't treat someone on the street, the way some of the employees at this location treat their customers. I've visited this location and had several sad interactions and can now just generalize and accept the fact, I should just lower any and all my expectations. I do my best to use other stores, when possible, even if it results in a further drive and or paying a slightly higher price over all. I've found Ace Hardware, and Tractor Supply are far superior stores to take my buisiness. Giving this buisiness one star is extremely generous. I would give less if I could.

    We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. All dimensions of the sofa were clearly…read moredelineated on the order form, carefully reviewed by Sheffield, and signed off by Sheffield and us. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.
