They are masters in their field and were able to provide the expertise and quality workmanship so that one would never know my foundation was falling apart. Phone calls went unanswered, text messages were ignored, and instead of scheduling an appointment, he showed up unannounced at 10:15 a.m., waking me up by climbing onto my roof without any prior notice. It's now been over a week, and I still have not received an estimate. At no point did he discuss the scope of the work, explain what repairs were needed, or provide any pricing. What was most frustrating is that he never even inspected the two areas we specifically called about. Those were the main problem areas, yet there was no investigation whatsoever. Instead, he simply took a few photos while standing on the roof and left. I was left with pictures but no answers, no diagnosis, and no estimate. I was also surprised to learn that the company does not offer any workmanship warranties. While that may be their business policy, it did not give me confidence. When you're trusting someone with one of the most important parts of your home, standing behind the quality of your work matters. Overall, the lack of communication, the unannounced visit, the failure to inspect the areas we were actually concerned about, the absence of an estimate even after more than a week, and the lack of any workmanship warranty left me with a very poor impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

My husband asked me where they did the repairs after they had finished. That is good work. They work carefully and skillfully. They arrived when expected, worked neatly, cleaned up everything after they finished and explained everything clearly and honestly right from the beginning. I will call them again when our other chimney needs repointing.

I asked for a breakdown of cost by material and labor - was told they cannot provide because labor is mixed in with cost of equipment? That's bs. And my quote dropped $7,000 in less than 30 minutes when it was becoming apparent I would not bite at the original $34K estimate for basement waterproofing. And they definitely pressure you to make a very hefty financial commitment in a short amount of time. I don't doubt that they do quality work; I just don't trust that I'm not getting taken for a ride on cost.
