Shout out for great service…read more Our roof was damaged back in April when a huge tree branch landed on it and made a huge hole that flooded our kitchen. I called Allstate immediately and did everything they wanted. They agreed on three of the five estimates we got and told us to choose one. ROCHESTER PRO ROOFING not only had a competitive bid, but said they would handle Allstate who was giving us a hard time. Vladimir and his crew have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating through this whole process, even though Allstate refused to give us anything toward the repair, unless we agree to only replace the area with the hole for $211.64. Long story short, we got a loan and had our roof replaced today. Vladimir and his crew arrived at 7 am this morning and tore off two layers of roof and replaced it. They were here until 8 pm and left us a new roof and a spotless work area. I cannot recommend them more. If you need a new roof, give them a call.

I hate dealing with those. Vinny the owner, driving by, saw my roof and offered to give a quote. Seemed like a personable sort of guy so I took him up on it, Was very low key, gave me a great quote and a quick start time. And I knew it was a low quote because a neighbor had work done within the year (with popular company), but at a lot more. Everything happened on the timeframe discussed and Vinny kept me updated the whole time. The whole roof was replaced in a day, looks great by the way. The crew kept the mess to a minimum and actually left my sidewalk and driveway cleaner that then when they arrived. They took great lengths to clean EVERTHING afterwards. I would highly recommend ROC City, you won't regret it

I left a voice message over Memorial weekend anticipating I would get a call back after the holiday. I did, but I missed the call. Called back later in the day and left another message. I didn't hear back until a couple of days later. I spoke with Sherry who seemed friendly and down-to-earth. Scheduled for Scott to come the next morning. The next morning came but no one showed up. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I waited an hour before calling to follow up. Of course, no one answers so I leave a message. Never received a call back to this day and it has been a week. I have never had an experience where a business didn't want business. Mind-blown. Look elsewhere. Definitely call someone who answers and wants the job.

He promised to repair it again within 10 years as stated on the signed quote. He did not keep his word. I called him as soon as it started leaking on a Friday and he said he would come out Monday to get the snow off and tarp the roof. I tried calling him that Monday and the call would not go through. I tried for the next two weeks, same outcome. He clearly blocked my phone. Several issues here: 1. He blatantly lied to me saying he would help me and take the snow off the roof and tarp it to prevent serious water damage from occurring. 2. He blocked my number. I was not aggressive or rude when I called him with the issue. 3. He did not stand by his warranty. Would you want someone like this working on your roof to protect your family? His behavior is sickening and illegal. No honesty or integrity. Does not stand by his work.
