Phone calls went unanswered, text messages were ignored, and instead of scheduling an appointment, he showed up unannounced at 10:15 a.m., waking me up by climbing onto my roof without any prior notice. It's now been over a week, and I still have not received an estimate. At no point did he discuss the scope of the work, explain what repairs were needed, or provide any pricing. What was most frustrating is that he never even inspected the two areas we specifically called about. Those were the main problem areas, yet there was no investigation whatsoever. Instead, he simply took a few photos while standing on the roof and left. I was left with pictures but no answers, no diagnosis, and no estimate. I was also surprised to learn that the company does not offer any workmanship warranties. While that may be their business policy, it did not give me confidence. When you're trusting someone with one of the most important parts of your home, standing behind the quality of your work matters.
