Andy and Spencer seemed very nice and by the book when they initially discussed my project with me…read moreand drew up a contract, assuring me that they were fully insured. Day one went okay, but it was clear that they had underestimated the amount of time needed to accomplish the goals. What was supposed to be a two day job turned into a drawn out nightmare in which they wasted hundreds of dollars of materials I had already paid for and caused $850 of damage to my bathroom plumbing by performing an illegal and incompetent repair. They lack the ability to manage projects or accept responsibility for their actions. Fueled by marijuana, judging by the way they smelled, these two giggled together and made one bad decision after another. They refuse to do anything about the damage they caused, preferring to label me as "nitpicky" and "problematic." Do not hire them!

I paid for materials, they were providing the labor to do a steel fabrication roof over an existing…read moresteel staircase. They needed to clean the steel for framing, paint it, and fabricate the framing to install corregated roofing. They wanted 50% down, I told them I would divide the labor by the 4 days they estimated the time frame of the job. They agreed..... 2 hours into the job, they walked off. Si la vie.... this was a trial to see what they knew and how they worked. I have a lot of work to do on this 160 year old house.... The pricing on tree work is off the charts.... 4 times what it cost me to have 4 trees dropped. I recomment Josh from Tree Titans... dm me for the number if interested.... If they walk off the job... if I gave them the 2 days labor down which they asked for..... do you reallllly think they would of showed up the next morning.... I think not.... only good thing I can say.... IS.... i verified their insurance.... and Andy seems to know somewhat what he is doing, Spencer is inexperienced and slow and talks a good game..total BS artist.. beware.... OMG after reading Mara's review on here I think I dodged a bullet....LOLOL...thank you for walking off the job.... I AM A 70 YR OLD GRANDMOTHER OF 9.... AND EVEN I KNOW YOU DON'T DO PLUMBING THAT IS GOING TO BE INSIDE A WALL WITH SHARK BITES....OMG..... RED LIGHT RED LIGHT CAUTION CAUTION....

We recently had Frank's Basement make a basement repair. The work crew, led by Eric did a great…read morejob. The crew was professional and courteous. They prepared the site to ensure dust and debris was kept to a minimum and cleaned up the site upon completion of their work. After work was completed, Eric explained what they did and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Frank's Basements to any individual needing similar work done.

So far not so good. Sales person Chris Twarzak omitted work to be done on the contract. People,…read moremake sure you read not just sign. Floor drain in low point removed and not replaced. Also no clean out on that wall. I'm told the sump is the low point. Hard to get water in when it's built up higher than the floor level. I have water lines that need draining before winter and it goes onto the floor and it pools up nowhere near a "clean out". If it's only a "clean out " why is it sloped downward? I guess that explains why its at a point the water doesn't go to. Not a drain. Grr. Also my water intrusion shot right past the bright wall and created a pond nowhere near a "clean out " coincidentally the area the water pulls up at is where the drain used to be before they removed it. Also, during the recent heavy rain for days, if you look in the inspection, clean out port, there is no water flowing. It does not follow the drain tile. It's beneath it. Their solution to water pond in the low area was to build a dam to prevent
