They service was fast and efficient and every major stain we had was gone. I can not be more happy with the results. Thanks again.

We also had an exterior window that was older that required some finesse to repair the pre-existing parts as they were no longer being created. While the fix was only a bridge gap it was greatly appreciated. The technician was polite and introduced himself as Andrew, was very friendly with our dogs and knowledgeable about the trade. He wore booties while inside our residence and also picked up some additional air filters for our unit without being asked. There was no pressure to purchase or upgrade. Just a very pleasant experience where they took care of our issues and let us know they'd be there in the future. Thanks for getting Us taken care of, Andrew G. Chris

AVOID THIS BUSINESS !! Absolutely horrible customer service !…read more I called to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency, and instead of showing any understanding, the woman I spoke with was rude, abrupt, and completely lacking in empathy. Her response was, "Welp, you're cutting it pretty close to your appointment time, but I guess I'll try to get ahold of the technician." To make matters worse, she hung up the phone without even saying goodbye or ending the conversation professionally. Emergencies happen, and while I understand last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient, there's absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Based on this interaction alone, I won't be using this company or recommending them to anyone.

To make a long story short, Christian took us under his wing after another local funeral home…read moredropped the ball and left us hanging. Already wounded and confused by a sudden, devastating death, it felt so comforting when we landed at the memorial chapel in Yucaipa. We were so angry with the funeral home we had just left, so scattered and raw with emotion; Christian took over and guided us forward in putting on a beautiful memorial service in just a few days. He took care of details we would never have thought of and wouldn't have expected him to know about in our, we thought, unique situation. He coordinated with my son's Command and Riverside National Cemetary, taking as much as he possibly could off our shoulders. Not once did he speak a bad word about the place that had let us down, which I think speaks volumes about his professionalism and character. Now, after a few months to think about all that happened, I cannot speak highly enough about how much comfort and support were given to my family by Christian and all the folks who work for him. We chose the Redlands location as it seemed a little bigger but both chapels are beautiful and serene. Using only word-of-mouth and social media (there was no time for newspaper publication), we filled the Redlands Chapel on Brookside to standing room only. Christian and his staff are expert with social media and audio-visual displays, all the while keeping to the age-old traditions that are so important. For many, many reasons, I sincerely recommend Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel.
