I have to say that we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Omega Movers and Storage. Prior to our move, they were very responsive and continued to follow up with phone calls and emails preparing us for our move. They sent us a link to an app where we got to take photos of everything which then gets directly linked to the overall inventory. A special thanks to Yvonne who came to our house a day earlier with two others to pack up all of our smaller items. The next day Yvonne was there again with two girls prepping everything. A few hours later, the truck showed up with 4 others and they worked hard and efficiently to get everything done. Everyone was very polite, respectful, and easy to get along with. Booked through uhaul.com after seeing the great price and positive reviews. A day before my scheduled move no one had called to confirm so I looked up the business to call. After seeing the negative ratings I was a little discouraged but I called up anyways to see. Ryan was so nice and courteous on the phone, he confirmed my move for the next day. That next morning he showed up on time and ready to move! He brought a dolly and 1 furniture dolly. We were able to move the entire apartment in 1.5 hrs! Ryan even used his own personal truck to help move some extra stuff. I will mention that I wrapped and prepared all my furniture beforehand, so the moving was quick and easy. I figured for the price these guys would not be wrapping/protecting my furniture to move it. If you require that type of full service that takes more time and money. BEWARE of Omega Movers! The movers had 0 efficient moving experience, did not handle with care or even finish the job! The 2 man team did not show up in uniform wore a shirt saying "straight outta" nor had any moving supplies. No dolly, moving blankets, tape or anything! This was a simple storage transfer with everything organized & packed well but within 30 min. the movers took a smoke break saying this is a lot of work! I described in detail to Omega Movers the job I needed accomplished so if they didn't have experience then they should have Never agreed to taking the job! 1st Red Flag when mover said, I've never moved a storage unit before! 2nd Red Flag dropping my furniture, TV's, fragile totes of irreplaceable pictures in glass frames! 3rd Red Flag not placing but throwing my valuables to the back of the storage unit! 4th Red Flag had to leave early could not only do the job but left a mess! I requested a full refund from Omega Movers at the very least for not handling valuables or finishing the job properly. They not only refuse to honor a refund but the company owner/manager chooses to use unethical, unprofessional, unorganized business practices by insulting & bullying the customer instead of resolving the concerns. This company is HORRIBLE. I booked them on-line via MovingHelpers.com -- a 2-person crew to load at origination, and a 2-person crew to unload at destination. They failed to show up, AND failed to reply to any of my multiple phone calls and voice messages. The guy finally called me several days later and 'claimed' he never got the order...yeah right! So what about the phone calls and voice messages on his cell phone? He is unreliable, dishonest, unscrupulous, and thus NOT RECOMMENDED! And to top it off, he was unwilling to assist in me getting a refund from MovingHelpers.com...I had to call an 800 number multiple times and wait on hold almost an hour. UNBELIEVABLE! read more

I was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous service. My items were plastic wrapped and moved onto my U-Haul truck with care. With some thought, they arranged my moving load to accommodate an additional item I was going to be picking up at a different location. DON'T HIRE! They took no time to move things which resulted with a broken dresser. They moved the dresser in a way that made it break. The mover then implied that it was broken before he started moving saying "I'm not a bullshitter". Then found out they weren't licensed or insured after asking him what will happen. They were highly unprofessional. One of them hit my doorway with my TV and left a mark all while his bare ass was hanging out because his shorts were sagging and it appeared that he was wearing no underwear. It was gross. One of them ended the job after they brought the broken dresser to my apartment. I met him downstairs and he said they were leaving. Before they left he said we wouldn't be charge. OC Labor Pros, came through in our hour of need and we efficient and wonderful. It was amazing to have someone who knew exactly what they were doing and doing it efficiently and quickly as possible. There were some things we hoped they'd have done better, but honestly we can't complain. They achieved our task of the day, and managed to do everything in a timely manner. Booked through Uhaul, the day of my move which was in the morning, no one showed up nor did anyone answer the phone or return my calls. I had to contact uhaul then wait an hour on the phone for them to find someone else during the Labor Day weekend. The substituted movers cost me an additional $100 for a same day move and I also had to pay another $100 for for an extra hour for the sub movers because I no longer had help at my destination that morning as my friend couldn't wait until that afternoon, thus it was just the movers and me moving things. This caused a domino affect that caused me to be late the rest of the weekend, I spent the rest of the night cleaning my old place whenI would've been done early evening and I needed an additional day for my uhaul plastic rental boxes!! Between these movers and uhaul move "help" this seems like a scam or a bait and switch. No one wants to accept accountability. I am sure I am not the only one. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to escalate until someone compensates me for the additional expense! read more

I booked OC Labor Pros through the UHaul website. I wasn't sure if I had booked the job correctly so I gave OC Labor Pros a call. Ryan answered the phone and he was on-top of it! He had already reviewed my information and confirmed that everything I had booked was correct. He also checked in to make sure that I was okay to communicate via text, which was appreciated. The day of the job, he called to say that he was running a bit late because the previous job had gone over. I appreciated the call and also liked that he let me know exactly how many minutes he was set to arrive via the GPS. He and Terry showed up and got moving right away! They were quick , efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was packed and wrapped safely. They also made everything fit-which was awesome because we rented a UHaul that was too small. They packed up our entire place and unloaded everything in 2 hours! I was so impressed with their hard work and eagerness that I would definitely hire them again.
