However, I'm rating them a three because unlike most moving companies I encountered, they did not include wrapping. Normally when you have a mirror or any furniture with screws, they wrap your items or put your screws in a baggy. In this place, I was told that would be extra for each item wrapped and they did not put my screws in a bag. This was the first time I heard of something like this. They also told me to put some items in my car because they couldn't do it. For example, my computer items, such as my screens. That was very odd. The movers were just doing there job so I can't say they were doing anything wrong. I will say, my bed frame feels wobbly so something is off there. In my opinion, I should have just hired someone from Facebook if I would have know I wasn't going to get a full on professional mover experience. I paid 238 cash or so for 2 hours.
