I came here for my wedding nails and KENNY did not disappoint! He did an excellent job hearing my needs and wants and creating the look I was going for. His customer service was outstanding and I am ready for my wedding 11/11/2023!! Thank you, Kenny!
So I guess I'm back for a bad review Hated my nails the. Lady was very lazy with my predicate when it came to shaping and filling. I was going to Originally get full set and pedicure but after getting shaped I was ready to go told her regular polish because I knew I'd be going straight to another place but didn't want the lady to feel bad. I just didn't want my nails. I already made up in my head that I would be going to LUX down the street. Because cheaper doesn't mean better !!! So I went to pay for nails and left $2 for lady on my $30 toes cause I really hate them and I'm gonna go pay 40-50 on toes down the street as I'm walking away ... The front desk girl says cheap lol so I had to turn around and say no the service was ! I work in industry lol I'm literally in my work shirt so I know the importance of tipping . It was just ghetto and rude and I won't be returning .
I went away for business and came back finding out my previous nail tech that I loved left the company. But, Aaron is amazing he does the best cuticle care I didn't really think it would make a difference in my nails but they look so much better. He always helps me decide on a color because I can't. We also connected on being parents :)
Lee did a fantastic job 5/5 service. He did everything I asked for all the picture perfectly. I've never had a better nails.
Took a chance with Ombré Naijs and glad I did. Lee is great at following directions and giving you the best service possible. I initially came in during the Xmas holiday busy time and waited about 40 mins to be serviced. Every chair and pedicure seat was filled and they have at least 40 total. On that visit my nails were nice but I didn't love them. It' was the end of the night and again the weekend of Xmas. I decided to go back weeks later but prior to I did my research on who was good with designs and I decided to make an appt with Lee. Best thing I ever did. Lee is personable, efficient and gets the job done. He takes his work serious and is almost a perfectionist. I sent my sister that way recently and she was very pleased with Lees work and service!! Things to keep in mind: Lee only works certain days. They do have a service fee for card payments, they offer a loyalty program and you can get 5% off your first visit so be sure to checkin when you arrive. My only issue is sometimes it's difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule or cancel an appointment but if you don't care who does your nails you can book online.
I went here based on another review. Made an appointment in advanced based on the long wait times. Somehow I still managed to wait an hour. The person I booked an appointment with couldn't actually stay or didn't want to stay because my appointment was at 5:45p and they close at 7p. I got bounced around about 3x before finding someone who could do my nails. Due to the inconvenience the manager said he'd comp my bill in some way, but when my services were done he was nowhere to be found. The organization of this place was horrible and left me highly frustrated. However, I did like the actual outcome of my nails. Tan (pronounced Ten) did a great job. My nails came out very much like the Pinterest inspired photo.
The wait time was basically nonexistent. Aaron was a great tech, and his personality is amazing. He asked me what I liked and incorporated that into my nails. I told him to have fun with the design, but nothing too crazy and he did an amazing job! I would definitely return when I'm in the area again. I'm very happy with the result.
First and last time coming to this nail salon. They didn't have OPI colors and not a big selection of colors in general. I asked for square and I got literal duck bill shaped nails they were so wide on my fingers. The quality of the color was terrible and my nails were so lumpy. I was going to get a pedicure but opted for a color change instead. Same thing - terrible quality color and already chipped the second I walked out the door. Sure the price was cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. I ended up going immediately somewhere else to get them fixed and the lady said the tips they put in were too wide and were glued onto my skin.
So excited I stopped in. I called ahead to make an appointment. Very large space. Definitely will be able to accommodate busy days with plenty of pedicure chairs and the most amount of nail stations I've ever seen. Was greeted promptly and digitally checked in. All the staff were wearing masks and big hand sanitizers. I got a dip sns service ( soak off included) I forgot the gentleman's name who did mine but he is was professional and took his time shaping and applying everything and checked with me every step the way. Love the different tv channels on and muisc videoes playing I love my nails! Might try a design next time! I'll be back in 2 weeks.
Where should I begin? We arrived for our appointment only to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen. After a long day at work I was disappointed in that. Then, after noticing me close my eyes twice (I also head a headache), my nail tech asked if I were drunk. Seriously?!? My daughter's nail tech spent most of the 3 hours it took her to remove and replace her nails on the phone and texting. When asked the price she began scribbling a list of random numbers on a napkin with no explanation of what they were for. Finally, she added the numbers, which came to over $150-but her total was $110! This after a client before us complained loudly of being overcharged for her own nails and the tech couldn't explain the price difference. Now, not 2 weeks into having my full set done 2 of my nails have snapped completely off. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received and would never refer someone to this location. -Disappointed customer
I went to this location for a wedding trial and glad I did bc I will not be using them at all. Don did my ombré nails, not friendly and jacked my nails up. My middle finger is crooked and he cut me twice on my ring finger. I'm still peeling off the acrylic on my nails! Then I go to Tina for a pedicure and the worst pedicure I've ever had. How do you mess up gel? To say the least, $150 not well spent and will not return even if they offered a free fill and pedi.
Kenny never disappoints. Always in and out. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is always good. Music playing but not to the point you can't have a conversation. They offer you something to drink as well. 10/10 recommend! read more

I was visiting a friend in town who goes to this nail shop every two weeks she was working with a male who did an excellent job however, my gel manicure started chipping in two days and multiple nails were polish free 4 days later. Gel mani pedi was $107 before tip and I'm highly disappointed. Only leaving two stars because staff was kind but the finished product is worthless. read more

My nails came out horrible, they came out chunky and big when I wanted them to be small and he kept hurting my fingers, left my right thumb bleeding, I asked for soft white power and he didn't even do that he used nail polish. It was a horrible experience wouldn't recommend going. read more

This is probably the best nail bar I've ever been to in Charlotte as far as acrylics go!! They do nails the most flawless I've ever had. Usually I find some mistake but they just looked so good. I was so happy on my trip, the males are probably the best techs there. I don't forget his name but he was amazing. As far as the pedicures go... if you don't get a full pedicure the women will do a half ass job on your gel toe nail polish change. read more

I am sincerely traumatized... worst nail salon experience of my life and I've been getting my nails done nearly 10 years. If I could give negative stars I would. These people do not care about their clients at all, untrained and unskilled. I walked in with long healthy nails wanting a fresh SNS set of nails, and walked out with broken uneven nails. All I wanted was a fresh set of SNS on my natural nail and if I knew nobody there could do it would have went somewhere else. It was my first time at this establishment due to a close friend's recommendation and I will never set foot in this place again waste of $10 and almost 2 hours of my time. First person that touched my hands jacked them up so bad by time I got to someone who could do my nails they said I needed tips on all my nails when I walked in with very long and healthy nails. I was extremely frustrated and to add to it no one had a solution to the issue so I ended up just paying for the hour and a half long soak off and left. Don't waste your time or money here! read more

The nails looked great when first done. The lady who did my nails rushed and was not friendly at all. When I asked her name she just stated her table number. The gentleman who took the picture was very nice. However the next day, the stones started coming off. I returned to have them replaced. They were very unprofessional and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to them. I was going out of town for my birthday and just wanted them placed back on. Unfortunately two nails broke within the week while on my trip. Once I returned to NC I returned to have them cut down, stones removed, and repaired. No one cared at all and I was totally ignored. I was with a party of 3 and we spent over $300. The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job. Trust me we will not be returning. Customer service and professionalism is very important to me. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I Came and got a full set and pedicure from here Friday 12/30. Pedicure was great massage was great. I got my full set done by the man at seat 24. While getting my service I had to tell him multiple times to fix multiple things over and over again. I had to tell him to makethe area near my cuticles lower, make the acrylic even, fix bumps, and MORE. Commonly known things for nail techs to know about. I got ignored every time I asked to get it fixed and etc. when I went to pay I told the man at front who I guess runs the store "I do not like my nails. They are uneven and etc. can you fix them" he grabs a fill and fills two fingers and blames it on the nail polish being uneven and directs me to pay. I then tell the lady taking my money the same thing and she ignores me and by this point I'm too upset to argue and I leave. The following Tuesday 01/04 a nail pops off I call and say I need it fixed and tell her what I told the manager and payment lady and the lady on the phone says you have to come another day I am too busy for a nail repair and hangs up. Today Friday 01/06 I tell them again I do not like my nails, a nail broke, can I get them redone. The man says he will fix only the one finger and directed me to sit down. I HATE My nails they are so uneven, bumpy, lumpy, and more. DO NOT COME HERE read more

Very disappointed in my nails. I got my nails done three weeks ago here... blue Ombre. I wanted the same thing except coral this time. Before she finished I notice the colour was barely showing and asked if she could make it brighter and more visible. She told me she'd do a top coat... hence to say my nails are nothing like Ombre. Looks like the slapped on two colours and left it like that. 60$ later and it's not what I wanted and even after saying it to my technician she said she finds it looks nice and walked away. Sadly I will not be coming back read more

I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago for my birthday! Absolutely loved my nails and the nail tech was great! Wonderful experience. This morning my nail came off and to my surprise my nail bed was GREEN! I came in to see if this has even happened before and was told "I am not a doctor we do nails". Of course I know I am at a nail salon but this nail salon resulted in my nail turning GREEN! I stated this and the man at the front desk repeated I am not a doctor. DOCTOR OR NOT has this happened before at your shop?! You can answer that and at the very least you can give a simple sorry. read more

Normally would go to Sonny (Green and Red set) but he was busy so he recommended me to go to Maddie ( I believe her name was Station 5 ) & at first I was nervous but she did a wonderful job and matched my nails so close to the reference photo I gave her. Every time I'm in town I would go here, really the best I've had in a while. read more

Great nail salon with lots of nail techs. Quality service and a clean salon. Make an appointment they are busy most of the time. The techs at seats 1-3 are the best in the salon in my opinion. read more
