After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over a year and loved the service. My natural nails were super long and healthy. However one day I broke a nail like half way down so the lady asked me if I wanted to cut them all down, I said yes make them even... SHE CUT THEM ALL THE WAY DOWN. By the time I noticed one while hand was done. I flipped out. The manager had to come take over the session and put tips on- I figured their mistake no way they would charge me for tips. They charged me $20 for tips I didn't want or need until THEY messed up. Then two months later when they were growing back I went and asked for tips still because I like long nails... but my nails were getting longer. The lady cut my nails AGAIN. said with tips they need to be short. I told her nooo I was growing my nails out to make up for their mistake. Then she had the nerve to give me attitude. Needless to say I won't be back. They lost a loyal customer. read more

Best nail place I've been to so far in Charlotte!!! Ray did an awesome job on my SLS nails and I even came in with a chipped nail (my actual nail) and he worked "the doctors magic" on it!
