Month goes by and we need the tractor to mow. Still no backhoe. Fast forward to September, still no backhoe. No calls and a story saying they can't get it and no one has it. I call Blue Line in George and lo' and behold they have four!! After a few calls between the two businesses a plan is in place to have our backhoe installed while we are on vacation. Get home and we are told it's STILL NOT READY!! After a very one-sided phone call informing them I will be there to get it by four, it miraculously got done. We live two hours north of Wenatchee and to bring the tractor down is a pain. We did it two times thinking we would get our backhoe attached. Will never bring our tractor to them again or purchase any implements from them. I will drive to George for great customer service. You won't get it at Valley.

No sense in buying just one headlamp, because when one goes out, the other's not far behind, so we got a pair. And the fellow was so quick in producing the headlights, we figured, it's time for this year's new wipers and bought those, too. He asked if we wanted them installed? Sure! My husband then asked if he'd be willing to install the headlights as well, and he did that. This was a bit more involved than expected, took a trip back inside to get a crimping tool. This installation service seemed quite beyond the call of duty. But the nice guy refused extra payment or a tip, just said "tell your friends." So, Yelp friends, if you're ever near Wenatchee and need an auto parts store, Jerry's Auto Parts is a full-service operation!

I heard from the dealer the next day. Carlos knew I had a lot of questions, so he sat in the van to call me back and answer everything about the Sedona in real time. He arranged a talk with warranty when I had questions. He let me have time to think about it, talk to my spouse and I didn't have to walk into the dealer and wait around all day as I did a few days before. The price on the van was more than fair and significantly better than I had seen elsewhere. We decided to call Carlos and let him know we were ready to move forward. After emailing in the credit app, Carlos called back with the financing details and then upon approval, arranged the paperwork. He even offered to deliver the car to us at no cost. Ted from finance called me the next day to go over the numbers and terms and verify all the information. The numbers came out as they should, no surprises and everything Carlos promised was in the paperwork. The price was great and I didn't need to even haggle. It was a relief. We decided to come in the dealer the next day, honestly still nervous things were not as easy as they seemed. . Everything was exactly as they said, and we spent a maximum of 15 min in the dealership. Buying every vehicle should always be this easy. Though they are a solid 2 hours from our house, it was worth it. It is the first time I left a dealer and really felt good about the entire experience. I am now glad my first van fell through. I paid 3800 less for the whole transaction and the van had 6.5K less miles. We will be back for all our vehicle purchasing. Honestly, best car transaction in 30 yrs. Thanks Cascade and Carlos for redefining the car experience and saving me from anymore misery. I really appreciate it. You guys are the best.
