The problem is all of their cars have unnecessary dealer markups for things that should be an option. We were looking at a 2024 Ridgeline and it had $3500 in tint, paint protection and other stuff the dealer put on. With the market like it is not sure this dealership is listening. Consumers don't want these dealer markups even if I did they are inflated. Perhaps since they are the only one in town people just pay it. The only option we had at Honda was to put down $1000 and wait for one to come as is from the manufacturer. Needless to say we wanted the Ridgeline but not all the complications. We left Honda and went to Toyota next door. We did buy a car and did not pay for a bunch of inflated dealer add ons I don't want. Sorry Apple Valley Honda you lost a sale because of these add ons.

I've asked questions about the cost of their oil change, a sensor that needed to be turned off, a burned out brake light, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I was told to come in and they would "take care of me". And they have! Chris, the service manager is amazing! He works me into the schedule promptly and always treats me with the BEST customer service! Recently, I was told my rear brake light was out. I called Chris, he told me to come in the next morning, which I did and within 10-15 minutes a new brake light was replaced. NO CHARGE. Chris said again, "since you bought the car from us, we're going to take care of you". I've never felt as confident in a car dealership, as I do with Bill Harris. I give them my highest recommendation and when the time comes for another car - they are the first and only dealership I will visit!

We found something that needed to be fixed on the Hyundai Santa Fe and they were wonderful, got it fixed right. If you are buying a used car you need to do your research, and check out EVERYTHING, I took it to my husband and my brother, both mechanics and Jim's was very responsive to what we found that needed tweaking. I will highly recommend Jim's to family and friends, I am totally happy with their service and my new (used) car!
