There have been repeated instances of loud vehicle noise from a heavily modified white BMW, large gatherings near my residence, and disruptive activity occurring at various hours--including late at night and early in the morning. These actions have created a hostile and stressful environment around my home. I believe it is important for others to be aware of the behavior I have experienced from individuals connected to this business. I recently bought some truck liner paint from this business. When I sprayed it on, it kept coming…read moreout in lumps rather than an even spray so the product was obviously old or defective. I finally had to wipe it off the truck bed due to the lumpy appearance. I took the product back and asked to exchange it for a different brand and provided the sales slip along with an explanation. The clerk told me since the can was half empty he wouldn't exchange it. We are talking about a $12 can of paint here. I was not out to take advantage of this business, but I know how a truck liner should look after the spray is applied. After some back and forth I finally left the defective can and told the clerk I would go elsewhere to buy the product. In my view this was very poor customer service and this business has lost our patronage forever! Smart business would take the customer at their word and simply agree to exchange the product. Now they have lost any future business over a $12 can of paint.
