The whole team was super communicative and accommodating, which made the process so much less stressful for me. They also handled all of my insurance details, which was so helpful and I appreciated so much! As a 23-year-old non-car related things girl, my dad usually handles all of my car stuff and I just moved here so I was a little scared going into it but I never felt tricked or taken advantage of at all like some shops do. They were so honest and helpful the whole time. Vinny did my estimate at the beginning and explained the breakdown so I actually understood what was being done and the costs. They followed through on everything they said and my car was even finished over a week earlier than the original pickup date. They also coordinated with the outside shops on the other things my car needed done with the wheel and clear bra and handled all of that for me which made it way easier on me. First Choice was our go to for car repairs before they changed ownership. Our car was damaged by a deer back at the end of April. It took until the end of June to get it repaired, which we were okay with since we have had such good luck in the past. We were use to updates and phone calls along the way. We received NOTHING! In fact it sounds like our car was done last week but they never called us because they were "waiting on an adjustment to the original quote and hadn't received an EMAIL" from our insurance. Why not try calling the insurance company? "Well they are all on east coast time." Not PEMCO ... they are Seattle based. "We will get back to you by the end of the day." THEY DIDN'T. Went to get the car regardless and almost didn't give it to us. Turns out since the new ownership First Choice is no longer a "Preferred Business" per customer service at PEMCO. So sad! It was so great with the original owners. I would not recommend this and next time will make sure we use the local "Preferred Business." read more

I'm not one to fuss usually but do not waste your valuable time using this shop. I took my 06 charger to them after I was tboned. This was nearly six months ago and I just today got my car back from Town Toyota's collision center because First choice was unable to do their job. When they gave me the car back I immediately had to return it because they forgot to properly align my hood, headlights, and bumper. At the same time they had to bleed the brakes again because they barely worked. And the alignment was off. After this I kept hearing cracking noises while driving and going over bumps. They blamed the noises on me and refused to take me at my word, even though I myself am a mechanic. I took the car back 7 times total and they never found anything wrong. The first time I took it to Town Dodge/Toyota they found an additional $1200 dollars in front end damage that was very obvious considering the left front tire was set back 2 inches and the right front tire was set forward two inches. Because the upper control arm on the driver side was smashed. And the bumper was put together entirely wrong. They also found bolts missing!!! That just blew my mind. Tldr; Avoid a headache and use Town Toyota or Cascade auto. read more
