There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.

Went back to Halversons there estimate guy kept saying get insurance to pay for it will do the work. Well insurance wants to know if it was old damage or from accident. I needed an assignment but the guy at Halversons just kept saying get insurance to pay for it. Not exactly hassle free place.So now I have to go to another shop for assignment

They were so honest and helpful the whole time. Vinny did my estimate at the beginning and explained the breakdown so I actually understood what was being done and the costs. Of the three quotes, Leonard Evans was the most affordable, and they provided an estimate that clearly showed, line for line, that the work they were going to do would be the same as that of the other body shops. It was all so quick and now I'm back up and running and my truck sounds great. As a female, I don't feel taken advantage of, and they're always there for a quick question or concern. I even took it to them when my check engine light came in, they plugged the diagnostic meter to it, and found it was because I didn't get the gas cap screwed on quick tight enough.
