I'm very disappointed in the work done on my vanagon. First of all, the mechanic (don't know his…read morename) told us the engine rebuild would be done in a month. The van was finally done after 4 months, and it was clear that it wasn't being worked on efficiently. It was super disappointing because we were planning on taking it on our honeymoon which we weren't able to do. And now, lo and behold, it's still not up and running. Mechanic decided not to fix the starter, so we're stuck with more work to be done on the engine. Another thing is the shop doesn't have a receptionist, so you have to call a couple times to reach the mechanic who will be annoyed you're calling since he had to stop working to answer the phone. He doesn't call with updates either. He also charged us 1000 over the agreed upon price. I'm sure pandemic times have made waiting on parts a more lengthy process, but the fact that we had no idea what was going on and had to call sometimes 8 times to reach someone is completely unprofessional. My advice is to go somewhere else for foreign car work.

I had an appointment to get my car worked on. 4 days after a big snow storm, the only entrance to…read moretheir shop was through a non plowed back ally. I called the shop to confirm this was safe to drive through and they said yes, they just had another car drive through. I got half way to the shop through the ally and got stuck. The 2 guys came and shoveled a couple of scoops of snow and then walked off. I was stuck for over an hour I had to call other people to help push and dig me out of the deep snow. I called them to inform them that "I was able to get out, not that they cared".....and shared a few other choice words with them. And all they did was hang up on me. Take your car somewhere else!

They always find a way to get my car fixed quick, and the price is always MORE than fair. I love them at Leanard Evens because it's always stress free. They always take the time to explain to me what was wrong, what they did to fix it, and how they itemized the various charges on the bill. They have been working on my 09 Ford Escape since I bought it, and they have done an excellent job keeping my high mileage vehicle running strong!! These guys are so great, that when my son's off road mini motorcycle started leaking oil, they fixed THAT too! And again, charged me a fair price of only $60. I am always taken care of there, and I will NEVER stray from these guys. If you need auto repair, I HIGHLY recommend you go see Scott at Leanard Evan's Service.

Went and looked at a vehicle today and the salesman was very nice. The car had higher mileage on it…read moreand was priced at $16,900. We looked on Kelly Blue book to check the value of the vehicle and it was $12350. The salesman talked to the finance manager and came back with what they printed from Kelly Blue Book and NADA. He quickly showed them to us and then turned the paper over. I asked to see them again and the value of the car showed $12631 on one and $13,925 on the other. On both of the car values they put that the vehicle had a Northwest Package that costs $3750 which brought the price of the car up to $16,000 and $17,000. When I asked what the Northwest Package was he said "extra things you know like a brush guard and stuff like that". There was nothing extra on this car. When we asked if it had this package the salesman admitted it did not. Now I understand that they need to make money on what they sell but to be totally dishonest and add a cost on to the KBB and NADA value sheet that the car doesn't even have so they can make money is disgusting. Do NOT buy a vehicle from this company, they are completely dishonest and will charge you for things that the vehicle doesn't even have to make money.

The whole team was super communicative and accommodating, which made the process so much less stressful for me. They also handled all of my insurance details, which was so helpful and I appreciated so much! As a 23-year-old non-car related things girl, my dad usually handles all of my car stuff and I just moved here so I was a little scared going into it but I never felt tricked or taken advantage of at all like some shops do. They were so honest and helpful the whole time. Vinny did my estimate at the beginning and explained the breakdown so I actually understood what was being done and the costs. They followed through on everything they said and my car was even finished over a week earlier than the original pickup date. They also coordinated with the outside shops on the other things my car needed done with the wheel and clear bra and handled all of that for me which made it way easier on me. They also have a super easy after hours pick-up process and I was able to pick up anytime! I had such a great experience and will definitely be back if I ever need anything again.
