No sense in buying just one headlamp, because when one goes out, the other's not far behind, so we got a pair. And the fellow was so quick in producing the headlights, we figured, it's time for this year's new wipers and bought those, too. He asked if we wanted them installed? Sure! My husband then asked if he'd be willing to install the headlights as well, and he did that. This was a bit more involved than expected, took a trip back inside to get a crimping tool. This installation service seemed quite beyond the call of duty. But the nice guy refused extra payment or a tip, just said "tell your friends." So, Yelp friends, if you're ever near Wenatchee and need an auto parts store, Jerry's Auto Parts is a full-service operation!

Not only did…read morethe Store Manager, Jesus S., look up the part for me and take me to the aisle to find it, but then when I said that the base of the bulb looked different than the one I took out of the car, he went outside with me and checked the fit. It fit despite the slightly different base design. That's an 11 out of 10 for great customer service, and my turn indicators all work again.

The next day came, and I called to check on where my parts where. The employee who answered seemed annoyed. I went in after the employee told me they had them to find out they weren't the right ones. I asked him if would come outside to my car so I can point out the parts I needed ( just in case I was calling them by the wrong part). He refused. I was going to ask someone else who worked there, but the other two guys were swearing about another customer. I went to Auto Zone. It was like night and day.
