They sanitized my water tank, but left the fluid in the tank and didn't tell me. I found out when I filled the tank to go camping and white, foamy water came out of my faucet. They lost the cap to my water tank and made me buy a new one. They never checked the refrigerator which I ended up replacing myself. Several other issues. Ultimately, I paid $2700 and never received an itemized invoice. Total ripoff!

Worst place ever to get service done! We bought our trailer in July and used it for a couple of…read moremonths. Dropped it off at Click It in October so that warranty work could be done in off season. They never reached out, so after a couple of months we started asking for updates. We were always given excuses, and finally by March they said everything had been fixed except for a wireless charger, which was the least of our concerns. We needed the trailer and went and picked it up. We found that not a single thing had been fixed, the trailer had dirt tracked all over the inside and they had used both tanks of propane until empty to keep the heat on in it. For some reason they had used a spray foam and covered the drain valves for the water tank so that I couldn't even get to them to shut them off. When we called, they said they would make it right and that the technician who had worked on the trailer was no longer with them. But then told us it would be another month before they could even get it in. Finally called the manufacturer for help, and they had no record of any warranty work being done. They also told me they had been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks with no response. The manufacturer told me to NOT take it back there, and they were working on getting it taken care of at another dealer. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Extremely nice on the phone and told us they had common models of water pumps in stock. We decided to drive to their location. They had the replacement water pump in stock. We explained we were on a trip and asked if they could possibly have a technician install the water pump. They were able to accommodate us and got our RV in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from the parts person to the very nice lady that was able to get us in on short notice. They let us bring our dog inside while we waited. Everyone we talked with was very friendly, and our dog got a lot of attention. From the time we pulled in, to pulling out with the new water pump installed was only about an hour! Aubrey's is a hard-to-find gem. I understand completely why they have been in business so long. Great people and service. Highly recommended.
