Brought in my motorhome Class A as I didn't think the center AC unit was working. After several days (I) called them and they told me it was working just fine, it was the thermostat setting. Great I thought. A few weeks later I turn the unit on and NOPE, it doesnt work. It blows warm air all day. So I called them back and got another appointment. After 1 week, I've heard nothing. I go into the store and they tell me they havent gotten to it yet. When I tell them this is my second trip they get to it the next day. A tech calls me and tells me it's a capacitor and since it's a low dollar amount, I tell them to bypass my warranty and I'll jus pay for it. A few days later and my coach is ready to be picked up. The bill ? $700. The capacitor can be bought for $20 most places. When I asked for an explaination they told me it was all labor as the tech tried to find a used capacitor, troubleshooting etc. They told me they didn't even charge me all the hours he had on my job. A totally new AC unit cost is $500 to $700. I had to go into the office AGAIN because they left no paperwork inside the coach (after hours pickup). I don't question the workers here, I question the management. My experiences here have not been good, not bad but not good. I would say OK if there is no other place you can go. read more

This business is one of the few in the valley. They provide good customer service; however, the service department manager Bill wasn't very helpful in offering to troubleshoot the issues in my RV. I live 25+ miles away from the business and decided to take my RV in for a spring check. I was sold by Bill as he explained on the phone how thorough they are. I took my RV in the night before so they could have it first thing in the morning as requested. Nobody called me to say it was done. Three days later I was in town and decided to Walk in and inquire about my RV. The paper work wasn't easy for them to find, but I was told it was done the same day it was serviced three days ago and here is your bill. Unfortunately for me the AC, Fridge do not work and I have a LP leak somewhere. Wish I would have known this! I had to arranged a ride into town to pick up RV the next day. I made a point to talk with nice Bill on the phone again when I picked up my RV. He really didn't have a whole lot to offer just said what's wrong and he didn't seem interested in trouble shooting the LP leak. As a customer i felt like they just wanted my money and they were not interested in anymore service. For a business that's been in business for 40yrs they really didn't seem knowledgeable on resources on parts. After some research i learned I can buy parts for my Dometic fridge and AC and do not have to replace the entire system like they suggested. Next time I may take my RV for service down the same HWY at Oscars RV. read more

I will concur with the other reviewer. They charged me over double what was quoted over the phone for my rear window in my canopy. When I complained, they said, this is how much it is. $800.00 for the rear canopy window! Not the canopy, mind you - but just the window. Some time after that I brought my RV in for an estimate. They wrote up an outlandish estimate that was nearly THREE TIMES as much as A's and Omar's in town for the same work. This is Gouge Central. read more

I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years... I recently attempted to buy a late model RV...and after evaluating and accepting the terms I was given, I wrote a check for the deposit and moved forward with financing... unfortunately, both the rate and term were incorrect... which would have forced me to increase my payment by roughly 25% per month... I indicated I wasn't going to complete the transaction under the higher payment...unfortunately thats when all communication from the salesman and management stopped... their only communication was a bill for "prep services" on the trailer... leaving me $.01 balance left from my deposit (which I still haven't received!)... Didn't think they were that slick of operators... Think twice before buying here.... read more
