They put in window but left glass pcs. all over the front of motorhome. It took over an hour to clean up by ourselves and they did not seem to care. We should get a big discount but have not heard from anyone since Jim called them...we have told our insurance agent...we will never go back to them because they do not take care of their customers!!!! A year later and here we are returning another Uhaul truck, and none of the employees are wearing a mask inside the building, despite it being a state mandate and also common sense and respect for the health and safety of customers. We'll rent from a different company next time so we are not returning a truck to this dangerous location. read more

My windshield cracked after the big storm followed by freezing rain. Millennium was already pre approved by state farm and got me in that next week. Their service was quick and efficient and the staff was friendly. My only concern was no one at the shop was bothering to mask despite state mandates and the omicron surge. read more

Had a small rock chip took it in to them because they quoted me $43 to repair it, they didn't tell me before hand that there's a possibility of it getting worse and I'd need to buy a new windshield and what happens... they made it worse if I would of been told that from the beginning I would of just left it the way it was but now the chip turned into a Crack down my whole windshield (and I know it would of eventually done it itself but I was gonna trade the car in a couple months anyways and a chip compared to a Crack makes the value go down way more) update spoke with the owner told him I would be making a police report and taking it to the bbb and his response was "go ahead this ain't the first time we will go through this" read more

We were in a rental car (turo) on our way up to Leavenworth from SeaTac late at night. I didn't notice a small nick in the glass until we were on our way down from the pass when light hit it around 1 am. The next morning I called Millenium and they set me up for an appointment later in the morning. I went in without using the defroster so it wouldn't get any worse. They also quoted a very reasonable price to fill it. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in. Handed them my keys and they pulled the car into the shop. 1-2 minutes later I saw them pull it out of the shop bay and park it back in the lot. I thought, oh no, this is going to be too big to fill. The tech handed the keys back to one of the front counter people and I walked up before they could call me. She informed me that it had already been treated and filled and was fine. They could have easily keep the car in the bay for 15 minutes and I would have gladly paid the more than reasonable fee. They could have said it was a smaller fee for taking some of their time. They did neither and I walked out about the time my appointment was scheduled for reassured that the windshield was good and with a "have a nice day, happy holidays" to boot. I'm not form the area but that interaction was truly 5 star. I appologized then and I'll repeat it here; I'm sorry for wasting your time but thank you for the excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring my car to Millenium if I were in the area and needed glass service again. read more

I always get my glass repaired ASAP to stop the crack in its tracks before it runs across the entire windshield. I chose Millenium based on its customer ratings since I'm not from the area. This is the 5th crack in the windshield of this car so I know the difference between a good repair job and a shoddy one. Believe me, I would leave a zero star rating if it was an option. From 5 ft away I could tell the "repair" job was inadequate but the technician who was unfriendly and gave me attitude insisted that it was adequate and done right. I clearly had no choice but to accept the word of "the expert" and hope for the best. On the way back to Coeur d'alene the crack spread a good 6 inches. The next day I took my car to my usual glass repair people who told me that not only did Millenium do a bad job but that there wasn't even any resin injected into the crack at all. Conclusion: Any place is better than this place! read more

Millenium Glass replaced the windshield on my Ford Cargo Van. Afterwards I found greasy footprints on the door compartments and seats. I was shocked when I realized that the technician had used my doors and seats in lieu of using a step ladder. I don't think door hinges are meant to carry the weight of an adult in addition to the weight of the door itself. I am from out of town and typically use Safelite Auto Glass and have never had my vehicles returned to me like this. I won't use Millenium again. read more

Visited for windshield chip repair. None of the two office workers or two shop technicians that I saw were wearing COVID masks in spite of having a mask wearing notice posted on their door. Come on people, we all want this virus tragedy to end so we don't lose more loved ones and small businesses which are so important to our community. Do your part!!! We highly recommend this place for windshield replacement. They were done in 1 hour as promised. They explained carefully what we needed to do for proper care the first 24 hours. We have used other companies for windshield replacement but this company was hands down the best! Since we don't find those pop up chip repair places on the east side of the state we will be going to this place for that also. read more
