I purchased a toy hauler from the Moses Lake store in February. Was promised that a broken stabilizer jack would be repaired. Worst place ever to get service done! We bought our trailer in July and used it for a couple of months. Dropped it off at Click It in October so that warranty work could be done in off season. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They never reached out, so after a couple of months we started asking for updates. We were always given excuses, and finally by March they said everything had been fixed except for a wireless charger, which was the least of our concerns.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We needed the trailer and went and picked it up. We found that not a single thing had been fixed, the trailer had dirt tracked all over the inside and they had used both tanks of propane until empty to keep the heat on in it. For some reason they had used a spray foam and covered the drain valves for the water tank so that I couldn't even get to them to shut them off. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we called, they said they would make it right and that the technician who had worked on the trailer was no longer with them. But then told us it would be another month before they could even get it in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally called the manufacturer for help, and they had no record of any warranty work being done. They also told me they had been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks with no response. The manufacturer told me to NOT take it back there, and they were working on getting it taken care of at another dealer. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're looking for the absolute worst sales experience accompanied by the most subhuman treatment I may have EVER seen across the board by a group of the most arrogant and egotistical scum I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone, then you've come to the right place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Start off with the sale itself: the good? They won't up and make the false promises outright. They're certainly at least smart enough to realize that's a legal no-no. The bad? They'll continue to repeatedly give you answers that are just vague enough to give you false hope while not being concrete enough to put them in danger of committing fraud. Fill you with endless "I'll see what I can do"s and "I'll have to find that one out"s until you either give up asking, pass whatever timeline you were trying to find out about anyway, or they just gaslight you into thinking you've been ungrateful for them doing the literal bare minimum. Negotiations: the good? I am not at all upset with the price we landed on; I want to make that clear. The bad? However, when it came to providing value and the actual art of the SALE beyond walking me through a camper, telling me a list of memorized stats and features, and telling me they can't sell it to me for the price I wanted it for, the salesman blew off any further attempt at making the sale. Wished me luck and blew me off to a point where I had to quite literally badger the salesperson to engage in negotiating with me followed by actually walking him through how his entire job is to convince me that the camper is worth what the dealership wants me to pay for it. At which point I listened to his dealership's reasoning and convincing, and gave them the sale. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since the sale, I've had nothing but issues. Throughout the week following the sale, I've been argued with by almost every member of their "management" on lines I've recorded and will likely be releasing at some point to bring light to the absolutely foul ways they treat their customers; not to mention the psychologically disabled, PTSD, depression, and anxiety ridden ones like me who quite literally just spent nearly their entire life's savings thus far on a premium, optioned out full body paint 2024 Grand Design Momentum 397THS that is going to be his full time residence, and who will be sleeping in his pickup truck in the interim.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of sympathy, these people met me day after day with vague answers and telling me they'd find out when my unit would be delivered and get back to me. A literal week has gone by since I've asked about a possible delivery date, my unit is finally leaving to be pulled across the country to me, and I still do not have even so much as an estimated day of arrival on a trip that requires only 39 hours of drive time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every single time, the answer I get is the same: some variation of "I don't know that information, the delivery driver does"... so instead of these people simply ASKING the delivery driver, who works for them on a daily basis, to provide them with the answer and getting back to me, they get angry with me when I ask them to contact him and act as though this is such a huge ask and as if this person doesn't own a cell phone or conduct any kind of pre planning for a literal cross country haul.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Instead, I get gaslit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And most recently, have even had both their arrogant service manager (Ayanna (unsure of spelling)), and their condescending, joke-of-a-sales-manager (Jennie (also unsure of spelling)) shut me down during phone calls. Jennie, the egotistical prove-my-dominance joke she was, even began yelling at me through the phone and hung up on me half a dozen times...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ALL OF THIS over what? Over my trying to get an estimated delivery date on my camper and asking them to call the delivery guy and ask what his plans are, ONE WEEK after they had my money, DAYS after they got their antiquated paper documents back in the mail because they're too cheap to set up digital signing, and as the guy is literally about to leave for the drive. My first amendment right to freedom of speech. DO NOT! buy here. From behind the scenes experience, you will get ripped off by these people. They will do anything and promise you anything just to sell, Then back out of their promise after they've made that sell. Sometimes issues with a used unit will not be disclosed to the customer just so they can make a sell. Which is very unfortunate to say the least. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's no communication between the sales and service, therefore leading to customer dissatisfaction.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sometimes it is told to the service techs to "make it work" by the service manager (Ayana) when there is something grave with a unit that has been sold just so they can get it out the door and out of the way leading to customer dissatisfaction. I wouldn't recommend bringing in your unit to be serviced here either because you will wait a tremendous amount of time for them to get to it..not because of any of the Techs fault but, because of the lack of responsibility by the service manager (Ayana) in ordering the correct parts in a timely matter for the unit therefore, also leading to customer dissatisfaction. The only time a Unit is given 100% is when it is purchased by the friends or family of the owners. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service manager Ayana and main store manager Clint Mock are outrageously rude and disrespectful to both customers and their own staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Many times it has come to the attention of the main office in Spokane about these issues and They refuse to do anything about the people managing this place. I purchased my RV in 2021 from this dealer. No issues however, I never had to reach out to them for anything. On 24 Nov [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reached out to the dealership regarding extended warranty. I sent an official email and called the dealer. I will preface this by saying I am in an industry parallel to rv repair. I knew about the part and labor shortages. 5 months later I call. "Wait, you don't have your trailer? I thought you picked it up." No! I hadn't received ONE call about my trailer. He says, "Let me call you back". Fast forward a week, no response. I call again. He says they have my trailer. I asked if the work was done. He has no idea. "Let me have them look it over and verify." Fast forward 2 weeks. I call again. They don't know. "Is the recall done?" I ask. He then asked me if I requested it (first off a customer should never request an NHTSA issued recall, and second, yes, I did). This back and forth goes on for months.... every time I called it was the same story: let me verify the work was done- oh our warranty girl is new, oh the warranty girl left so thats why this is a mess, oh we have a new warranty girl- this will be handled asap. I didn't regain possession of my trailer until A YEAR LATER. When I went to get my trailer I was devastated. Trim was coming off, seals were broken and it was filthy. When I said something, the manager said that it sat in the sun for a summer so that's "normal". I replied "you can understand my upset that I dropped it off in New condition and a year later this is what I find?" He did not care. I asked line by line what they did to repair my rig. He said they fixed everything. My husband asked again about the recall. Yup- it's done. I asked for the repair order. He told me i didn't need it, There's no balance. I told him I needed it. He brings me a repair order dated May. Not November when I dropped it off. I asked where the original was and he said "you didn't need it, it was just closed out because we got a new system". I insist. 1st repair order closed in December. New one opened in May-5 months my trailer is unaccounted for. There was also a note on the RO that said "RO closed, unit moved to Spokane". So my educated assumption is that my unit was moved to Spokane. So Moses Lake didn't have reason to keep tabs on it and forgot about it- hence the confusion when I called in April. I called Spokane to see what paperwork they had- and nothing. My 1st RO listed out all the items I requested, with resolutions stating things were replaced or fixed. The second RO said "Couldn't duplicate" "manufacturer defect" on most items. So this caused me to raise an eyebrow. What work was or wasn't done on my trailer? I get home, and decide to look over the work done. I find the recall info online and THEY DIDN'T PERFORM THE RECALL. I bring my trailer to a different verified dealer. When we do a walk around I see that there is PAINT ON THE CORNER OF MY TRAILER. It was covering the caulking and you could see a brush stroke on the foam insulation for a door. My trailer was damaged by Click-It, was covered up- and never disclosed. I pay the new shop $400 to go over my repair order. Now I'm sure by now you wouldn't be surprised if I told you 80% wasn't actually done. I get a quote for repairs for $2,750. At this point I am out of warranty, I have no trust for Click-it and their team, noone has made any moves to remedy the situation. I never received an apology, I never received a call. To add salt to the wound- click-it replaced a light bar. They did such a bad job, water was dripping into my trailer. So a year later, repairs not done, another trip to another service center, recall not completed, out 400$ cash, paid for a trailer I couldn't use for over a year (took time at the second shop), and now I had water dripping in my trailer. Click it staff are liers and full of excuses and no drive for accountability or amends. I am appalled at the lack of organization, honesty, empathy, and integrity. After they damaged it, then lied to me for 4 months, I finally took my trailer elsewhere. Perhaps, if you're going to lie to your customers you should learn to keep your stories in order. Can you tell me what the point of a warranty is, when your trailer is sitting in a shop, never used? The only thing being used is the customers time and warranty. Shouldn't this be a crime? I mean, you're not keeping up your end of the bargain. When I asked about a service, I paid for, I was told it was not something they offered, two times, then when I read the contract to the service manager, I was told the service was provided, and when they fix the damage THEY caused, they would do it again. The lies where maddening. After contacting the manufacturer, I felt a bit better knowing that I wasn't insane, but in fact, they were lying to me. This is just an idea of what was happening, there were many more discrepancies. I have all correspondence between myself and the service manager. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am beyond disgusted that this is an acceptable way to operate a business.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The icing on the cake, [[HIGHLIGHT]]all correspondence were initiated by me and by email or text. (After 2 months of hearing nothing at all.)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All communication was with the service manager. I was put through. My mind is blown, the cost of these units and to have people in charge that seem to have no concept of what is going on is insane. The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I bought a new 2022 Puma Destination trailer. I have had problems from the first day. It was delivered with full holding tanks and all the faucets leaked. Fast forward to today the kitchen still leaks and I called but to have someone come back and fix what they didn't fix the first time now costs a service fee. It's still under warranty. I already paid an electrician to fix the electricity issues since the service department couldn't. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone EVER read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]As customer after customer has mentioned, Clickit Moses Lake has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, we bought a new Grand Design Solitude in Moses Lake and we had problems from day one. Starting with our walk through. I took off work early because we were informed it would take a good hour or more. Well, about 20 minutes into the walk through, the service person announced he had to go pick up his kids and literally got in his car and left. He did not provide another employee to finish up, just left us standing there with a new rig not even hooked up to our truck! It went downhill from there! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was actually accused today of whining about things from day one! I guess that was acceptable behavior at Clickit Moses Lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As many others have stated, I was lied to over and over and placing the blame on someone else. We had multiple problems with our new rig (granted a Grand Design issue) but Clickit was in charge of fixing them. It is beyond frustrating to buy a new rig with excitement to go camping but cannot use it because it is the shop for weeks without even being touched. Please, Please, do not bring your RV to Clickit in Moses Lake to have any work done without being warned that they are the most unprofessional, untruthful, and untrained service department around. They are great at taking your money but once you make the purchase, Good Luck. Today Clint, the manager, actually, threw his arms up in the air and said he did not want to talk to us anymore. We took our trailer in for warranty work. When we received it back, not only was it filthy, including fingerprints on the cornice boards, but worse where they repaired the window shade they used too long of screws and causing the screws to come through the fiberglass on the outside. We took it back and they continued to make it worse by trying to caulk and buff the holes they created then attempting to paint it causing streaks. When we had had enough of them making it worse, we were told they are not fiberglass repair / auto body shop. If that is the case, they should have referred us to someone who is to fix the mistake they had made. Furthermore, we had to constantly call to get an update and in most cases when we called no one knew what was going on or even if our RV was there. It is a shame when Click It is in town that we will now be forced to drive 60+ miles for service. read more

Almost a year ago I took my RV in to get the hot water heater leak repaired plus the door lock to the Rv part replaced as it was broken. After many phone calls and stops out to Click It RV they said it was fixed. They never called me during that time like they said they would. I went out to get it and wanted a walk through with someone on what had been done. Nope, they brought it up and said it was outside running and ready to go. I was angry by then so went out got in and went looking through it. It was filthy around the sinks and in (I had it winterized also) plus the floor and rugs looked like someone had walked through a lot of grease and dirt. I went back into the manager (Clint Mock) and told him it was unacceptable. He got rid of me as fast as he could to the service people and walked away. I was so mad by then and come to find out the charged me for work that was never done!! It took several calls to Spokane and hours to prove this. NEVER GO TO THEM FOR REPAIRS! No Stars!! read more

It's painful to leave this review because we love our RV - but the service after purchase has been horrible. It took me 10 months to get our plates after being told multiple times they had shipped (and hadn't) and now we are a full year out and don't have our dining room window replaced. Which by the way is a story of itself... We signed all the papers and then went to pick up RV, and they said "oh by the way. Your window doesn't fit into the frame and we need to replace it". After 6 emails and being told the window is on order "2-3 weeks out" I don't even know what to think anymore. The most recent "3 weeks out" was 2 months ago. The painful thing is that there is nobody proactively reaching out to me, ever - so I have a string of emails dating back to September 2021 that I have had to initiate. This is a brand new RV - right off the lot and having to make repairs is unacceptable but I know that's not the dealerships fault necessarily. But the service is, and that's even more unacceptable. read more

DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR RV HERE!! In November of 2021, I took my 2021 Sundance camper trailer here so they could sell it for me. I moved out of state to Texas, and didn't want to go through the hassle of towing it down there. My trailer sat at the Click IT RV in Moses Lake for 8 MONTHS. I didn't receive a single call or offer. Usually when I'd call, the manager Clint was unavailable. One time, he gave me a line of BS about how he was just about to call me a few days ago, but the buyers weren't able to secure financing. In August 2022, I decided I would make a 3600 mile round trip to come pick up my trailer and tow it back to Texas, since clearly they were even attempting to sell it. I called three times in advance, just to make sure everything was ok and was going to be ready. I was told my trailer would be pulled around and ready to go. When I arrived, my experience was horrific. After waiting about 20 minutes for the to find my trailer and probably hastily clean or fix some things, I found they let my $1000 dollars worth of batteries die, which permanently damages them, especially over the winter in cold temps. I couldn't operate the electronic jack and had to trickle charge through my truck first. They left my outdoor kitchen and sink hatch unlocked and hanging open for who knows how long. It was clear the hatch had been open for months, exposing my trailer to the elements, insects, and rodents. An interior cabinet door panel had been kicked out. They removed my license and "lost" it, so I couldn't legally tow it anywhere. They lost all but two of my keys. They removed my $1000 Blue OX hitch and sway bar setup from the trailer, to include unbolting it from the frame, and "lost" that too. I was told they may have accidentally put it in the "scrap pile." Who is dumb enough to put a $1000 hitch setup in the scrap pile. Someone obviously stole it. After waiting three hours to simply pick up my trailer, they replaced the hitch with a new one, worth about $300 less than mine. During my 3 hours there, I wasn't given a single apology from anyone. I was met with constant lies and excuses, and no one wanted to take responsibility. One employee would give one excuse, another employee would give another excuse which directly contradicted the first one, and so on. You could tell they were simply making it up as they went. Parts and service would blame sales, and vice versa. Clint sat in his office and never even spoke with me. Instead he had a loud open door argument with one of his employees about personal issues. Extremely unprofessional. If you want your RV to sit here for months while they let it deteriorate and don't take care of it, take it to Click-It Moses Lake. If you want over $1000 of your personal property "lost" or stolen, take it here. If you want your property damaged, take it here.
