When I asked what their best-selling milkshake was because we wanted to try one, the employee responded with an attitude and discouraged me from ordering it, saying it would hold up my order since they were already backed up on milkshakes. When I received my order, the two ranches I asked for were missing. I had to ask again, and when I reminded her I asked for two, she handed the second one to me with an attitude. I will say the burger quality was excellent--I ordered the mushroom Swiss combo. If the service matched the food, the experience would have been much better.
